CHAT BOX, FOR QUICK QUESTIONS to other staff logged into NPA. A side chat box to staff that are logged into NPA. I had this in a doctors office that I worked in and it was really helpful for the admin team!

Adding a note pad ( To do list) to access in ones calendar
Adding a note pad ( To do list) to access in ones calendar; regardless of the week or day. Possibly a tab to the far right next to the payroll & contract tab. I often have several reports to run, or tasks to do for different schedules and it would be useful to have the check list available in my NPA calendar; instead of scrap paper' or creating a separate list in another program.

Prompt to Check RBT Box!
BCBAs could really use an extra prompt to "Check the RBT Box" when overlapping with an RBT (so that it counts toward RBT supervision). Is there any way to add a pop-up or some type of prompt that comes up that asks if we Checked the RBT Box when we render any appointment? Thanks!

option to upload files bigger than 10MB
I have files that I would love to add to a clients profile but unfortunately I'm not able to because the current cap for file sizes is 10MB, you will not be able to upload bigger files to the Notes & Issues section.

Option to view payroll hours
A drop down menu that can calculate how much time is scheduled for an employees day, week, or month. I’m envisioning something such as what is on the web version but accessible through the app as many of our hourly employees only use the app.

COVID 19 Vaccination Prioritization Tier help
It would be very helpful if IECP Headquarters would make a baseline determination re: which Tier various Jobs and shifts fit into on the COVID 19 Vaccination prioritization placement list.
For Instance, which Tier would ABA in home Day shift staff fit into, which Tier would SLS overnight staff Fit into, etc.
It would be a baseline determination because it would not be able to account for other factors, from one person to the next, that would affect Tier placement.

Printing and Notification Option
Unless I'm missing it somewhere but the ability to print a printer friendly scheduling matrix and the ability to opt in to notifications (text or email) regarding changes made to a schedule would be awesome.

Section to enter preferred contact method?
Would be awesome if there was a spot where we were able to choose email, text or call for each contact, so we know how they prefer to be reached!

Memo Field for Appointments on NPAGo Calendar
We would like the ability to enter in additional notes about a patient and have it show in a field on the main screen.

Mile
We Pay mileage as miles travelled+travel time to our staff. However, NPA allows to enter only miles travelled. Please add a feature to allow us to enter travel time in an appointment which then gives ability to analyse appointment profitability in a better way and we do not have to create another blue session for travel time.

NPAWeb Option for PC Users
Please BRING BACK the NPAWeb option for PC Users, especially for Google Chrome Browser users. It was great idea and we all loved it.
