Ability to run an invoice to see how much has been paid when gathering copay so receipts can be given to parents showing what has been paid and what has not.

I need to have a way to give clients receipts for their check payments, not just have it show on the statement. The statement doesn't show the full check amount and check number.

Create a means to invoice and parents/guardian post payments via parent portal.
Then a means to intake the payment to post to AR automatically.Also a way to auto post the copays.
A way to setup billings to accurately reflect (snapshot view) of primary vs. secondary claims in the software rather having to create AR Tracker report.
Need a way to effectively setup school billing/invoicing/receipt of payments and it accurately reflect in AR.
Need a way to effectively setup private pay invoicing/receipt of payments from parents and it accurately reflect in AR.
Need a way to effectively track every dollar produced from any/all scheduling billed/every transaction.
