Flag overlapping non-service appointments (blue overlapping Green)
System would flag as error if a non-service Blue appointment overlapped with a Green Billable service appointment.

Warning that there is another staff working on Record/Schedule
Provide a warning when there are two staff working on the same schedule, staff record or client record to prevent from encountering Database errors that don't allow them to save.

Global Mileage Rate for Staff
It would be convenient to have a global mileage rate that could be entered in Settings -> HR Management that would auto-insert this rate whenever adding a new Pay Code to a staff profile.
Tools to Propagate Rate Changes to future or past dates would also be helpful to manage Mileage rates in-bulk (a table keeping track of changes/propagations would also be nice)

Adding state client resides
Hello
I would like a feature that adds the state the client resides in for payroll reports. I am required to have this for tax purposes since we service in multiple states. Thanks!

time sheet signatures
Having staff signatures automatically populate time sheets and then batch print them for a whole pay period so we can have a pdf record of all staff's time sheets with signatures for a given pay period (i.e. 05/01/20-05/15/20).

Pre-set Termination
When a staff submits their 2 week's notice for termination, it would be possible to set a termination date prior and have the system no longer give them access. In turn moving them from current staff to terminated on NPA, so that when the terminated box is not checked, the staff no longer appears.

Rest Break
For sessions that would require a 10 min rest break, staff must indicate yes or no to be able to render, similar to the direct/indirect feature

Inactivate Staff Services Provided
As clinical staff in an ABA Practice gain experience and higher level credentials, they are able to provide more specialized and advanced services - these can often bill for a higher rate and generate more income for a practice.
It would be helpful to have a way to update "old" services that a staff record used to provide, in such a way that practice would can "Inactivate" these old services, so more senior staff do not get accidentally scheduled for a lower-level/lower rate service.

Timesheet Lock Success Message
After a user locks their schedule by selecting "I affirm this statement" in the "Set Schedule Lock" pop-up, it would be nice if there was a success message like "Your schedule has been locked!" so that the user knows it has been submitted successfully. The only way to confirm it has been successful (at least to my knowledge) is by clicking "I affirm this statement" again and receiving the error prompt "Invalid Entry: Please select a new lock date, or click [Cancel] if you do not wish to change the schedule lock."

Track PTO
The ability to track Staff PTO. Track what staff has accrued for sick/vacation time and what they have used. This could then be used for the payroll process

Save and Save and Exit Button
It would be very helpful to have a Save and a Save and Exit button when entering staff records. When you click the current save button, it exits you out of the record. This becomes an inconvenience when NPAWorks has undergone an update and it's glitchy. Several times now I have had to re-enter information because it's has stopped working and kicked me out. If I could easily save my work and not have to save, record closes, go back in and continue uploading. Having two separate buttons would make this not so time consuming and frustrating.

BACB Requirements for Program Managers
Per BCAB, Program Managers can supervise Tutor appointments, but also need to get supervision on their own appointments. With the current RBT rules, you cannot both require and provide supervision.

Inactivate Pay Codes
Ability to inactivate/hide pay codes that are no longer in use. It would be useful to have a selection box at the bottom of HR Management for ‘Show inactive pay codes’ like we have on the main screen for FS, services, staff, etc.

Hire/termination date history
The ability to have multiple hire/termed dates for staff that term then come back to the company. This would help with recording keeping, scheduling, HR needs, etc.

BCAT Supervision Tracking
A feature to track supervision and training hours for the BCAT (Board Certified Autism Technician) developed by the Behavioral Intervention Certification Council (BICC).
It serves a similar purpose to the RBT certification/license & and Supervision requirements appear to be almost identical.
The only missing functionality appears to be the required BCAT form in which supervision is to be documented.Pulled from the BICC's website - see Notes for link:

Ability to track BCBA Supervision like RBT Supervision.

Payroll Wizard
A Payroll Wizard similar to the Claims Wizard. Checking payroll is difficult to do.
With a wizard, the system can check for validation warnings, pay codes, allow the user to review the subject line for non service appointments, are service appointments rendered with signatures and notes. The end result of the wizard would be the payroll report/export.6 votes
