Add Settings which would allow Administrators/ Supervisors set limits for the Staff on how many hours they could schedule daily/weekly
Please add extra Settings we (administrators) can change in NPA, so our staff will be limited - not allowed to schedule in one day more, than 8 hours? Or 40 hours a week. So if Staff try to create an appointment which will take them over the set limit - they wouldn't be allowed or get a warning (Orange appointment).
Locking Staff schedule is not exactly a way to go in our line of work - too many changes/cancelations daily8 votes -

When an appointment is added or changed, create a log of who added or edited the appointment and/ or time stamp when and what was edited

Service Name Visible on NPAGo Staff & Client Calendars
We would like to see service name on the calendar view of Staff and Client Schedules. As is now, staff have to click into appointment to see service name.

CHAT BOX, FOR QUICK QUESTIONS to other staff logged into NPA. A side chat box to staff that are logged into NPA. I had this in a doctors office that I worked in and it was really helpful for the admin team!

Adding a note pad ( To do list) to access in ones calendar
Adding a note pad ( To do list) to access in ones calendar; regardless of the week or day. Possibly a tab to the far right next to the payroll & contract tab. I often have several reports to run, or tasks to do for different schedules and it would be useful to have the check list available in my NPA calendar; instead of scrap paper' or creating a separate list in another program.

One click sign for notes that will include Therapist and title
We do have a vendor who is asking for the notes to have Therapist name and title. This would be helpful if there was a button that could just be clicked for them to sign the note with this information.

Search for clients by tracking ID or record number.
To properly comply with HIPAA regulations that staff must communicate about the clients using an unique identifier and not their initials.

Notifications for upcoming appointments
Would it be possible to set up automatic notifications that are sent out to, say, the entered phone number or email addresses so that families are reminded of sessions a day or hour before sessions begin?
I feel this feature would reduce the number of no-shows significantly!!

Prompt to Check RBT Box!
BCBAs could really use an extra prompt to "Check the RBT Box" when overlapping with an RBT (so that it counts toward RBT supervision). Is there any way to add a pop-up or some type of prompt that comes up that asks if we Checked the RBT Box when we render any appointment? Thanks!

option to upload files bigger than 10MB
I have files that I would love to add to a clients profile but unfortunately I'm not able to because the current cap for file sizes is 10MB, you will not be able to upload bigger files to the Notes & Issues section.
