Adding a note pad ( To do list) to access in ones calendar; regardless of the week or day. Possibly a tab to the far right next to the payroll & contract tab. I often have several reports to run, or tasks to do for different schedules and it would be useful to have the check list available in my NPA calendar; instead of scrap paper' or creating a separate list in another program.
