Ability to schedule clinical meeting for multiple service providers and/or multiple clients with 1 appointment rather than having to open each staff or client schedule individually.

When creating a meeting or any schedule item that will apply to more than one person (e.g. a holiday), it would be nice to be able to select from the staff list who else should have the identical appointment on their schedule- without having to open and input the same appointment on everyone's schedule separately.

I need this ability yesterday.
Having 20 staff needing to come to a team meeting and no easy way to add it is really really big wast of time. -

Ability to add a payroll appointment to multiple and/or all staff schedules at one time. This would be a big time saver.
