Automatically remove RBT Supervision tracking when appointments are cancelled

If both RBT & Sup appointments get cancelled, auto uncheck the appt on the RBT tab to avoid having to run the report to check for the error and then go into the appointment to fix it.

    I would argue to add an alert and allow the user to decide to keep or delete. The BCBA and RBT may still meet (non-billable).
