Reduce the number of pop-up windows
It think reducing multiple window popups would streamline the process.
Example 1) If I have multiple clients open, and save one, I have to wait for a pop-up to confirm the save. This interrupts my work because I have to confirm that I read the confirmation.
Example 2) I have to click to open a new window to view the contents of an appointment. An option to HOVER over an appointment to read the contents would speed up the process of checking accuracy.
