Moving appointments from AM to PM
Scheduling can recognize that after changing the start time from an AM to a PM that the end time would automatically change to PM as well when tabbing.

atleast fix it so that when we are in a scheduled session and change times it doesn't change the 2nd time to AM no matter what the first time is. It slows everything down and is extra clicks
