Can you please also add Guardian Signatures to the Daily Service Log? We have funding sources that need notes and both provider and guardian signatures all on one document.

This would meet the clinical documentation and HIPPA standards that I just put in "clinical section"

I am the specialist billing the CMH county that requires this, and billing would be so much easier with this feature.

We have a county with Community Mental Health in Michigan that also requires us to send in a daily service log with the date, time, service notes, and signatures on one page for each day of service. Right now, we need to cut and paste the info they need from the various flex report and signature service log, and it takes a lot of time to do that.
