When viewing the Client schedules it would be extremely helpful for supervisors and schedulers to be able to see different colors assigned to different billable and non-billable appointment services. This would be especially helpful when viewing the Schedules and Scheduling Matrix for multiple services performed on the same day with a client.

When supervisors are scheduling appointments on the client schedules, she would like service appointments scheduled with with an RBT to show as a different color. This would be helpful because if the supervisor is making a trip to see the client they can also do RBT Supervision at the same time. Currently, they are unable to distinguish who is an RBT and who is not when looking at the client schedule.

Use different colors or another indicator for active service appts and rendered service appointments. For users who are are color blind, telling apart unrendered vs rendered (light green vs dark green) can be very difficult.
