Option on client schedule to override FS "Disallowed" days
When using the Funding Source record to set Disallowed Service Dates for all clients enrolled with that FS (instead of setting the designated service & non-service weeks feature at the client-level) there is an issue when its necessary to
provide services on a "disallowed' day. If the FS setting is changed for this day to "Warn", these days will not get excluded from the Contract Fulfillment Comprehensive reports Proration Option to "Skip Non-Service Days" - so scheduling exceptions for one client cause reporting issues for all other clients within an FS.
Can a feature could be added to the client record/schedule to override "Disallowed" days that are set at FS level?

This idea is something I strongly agree with, not only does not having this option exclude sessions from reports but it also excludes sessions from payroll since they can not render, so unless you know about the appt the staff could lose those hours
