We have to manually verify eligibility for mental health clients every morning. Is there a way that NPA can push their info to office ally (or another platform) in order to get eligibility checked?

Ability for NPAWorks to include insurance eligibility checks. At most doctor’s offices, their practice management system knows instantly what a copay will be as soon as the insurance card is received. Currently, its necessary to call and do a benefits and eligibility check and ABA requires prior authorization. This should be electronic and tied into the practice management system.
