Flag appointment when there is a HUGE discrepency in Time entered
When a provider enters AM and the appointment was a PM appointment that ends in PM. If the client appoint shows start time as 1:00AM and ending at 5:00Pm there is OBVIOUSLY an error. The system should be intuitive enough to know that there is not going to be a service time running that long. A warning and inability to render the appointment until the time is checked and verified as correct should pop. A note such as WARNING the appoint time you selected shows 15hours of service! Please check your time. or something like that. Errors that are simple can have horrible consequences on authorizations and billing.
