Just a bit of clarification. Pulling everything that has been modified in the last 30 days would be perfect! We essentially keep a copy of all appointment records locally in order to run reports. In order to ensure our copy of the data is accurate, we must pull the ENTIRE dataset over and over and over again because it’s possible for someone to go in and edit values … possibly it’s a value that’s relevant to one of our reports. If we simply pull a periodic report (let’s say weekly) of anything that’s been updated in the last 30 days, it’ll let us pull MUCH LESS data at a time to refresh our copy of the data. This will save system resources, cause less time-out errors, and be faster all-around.
