Add Settings which would allow Administrators/ Supervisors set limits for the Staff on how many hours they could schedule daily/weekly
Please add extra Settings we (administrators) can change in NPA, so our staff will be limited - not allowed to schedule in one day more, than 8 hours? Or 40 hours a week. So if Staff try to create an appointment which will take them over the set limit - they wouldn't be allowed or get a warning (Orange appointment).
Locking Staff schedule is not exactly a way to go in our line of work - too many changes/cancelations daily8 votes -

When an appointment is added or changed, create a log of who added or edited the appointment and/ or time stamp when and what was edited

Service Name Visible on NPAGo Staff & Client Calendars
We would like to see service name on the calendar view of Staff and Client Schedules. As is now, staff have to click into appointment to see service name.

One click sign for notes that will include Therapist and title
We do have a vendor who is asking for the notes to have Therapist name and title. This would be helpful if there was a button that could just be clicked for them to sign the note with this information.

Notifications for upcoming appointments
Would it be possible to set up automatic notifications that are sent out to, say, the entered phone number or email addresses so that families are reminded of sessions a day or hour before sessions begin?
I feel this feature would reduce the number of no-shows significantly!!

Allow you to Export Client Schedules to Word documents and Excel sheets.
Can't tell you how much more I would like NPA if I could do some Excel calculations on client schedules to automate our billing a bit.

Makes offices notes a requirement - COVID Questionnaire
The ability to force staff to input an office note before they are able to move forward with signatures. The purpose is for COVID questionnaire, we need to make sure they are completed before session begins.

Be able to build schedules without them being LIVE
We have over 30 therapists and it would be VERY helpful to be able to build and play around with the schedule, like in Scheduling Matrix, without making it LIVE until all changes and necessary adjustments are made to each therapist schedule. Many times, we have to make many changes before finalizing and it's very helpful and would save time to look at the Scheduling Matrix with all therapists schedules at a glance without it being LIVE. Many scheduling software have this ability. Can you add this to CODEMETRO please?

The batch signature feature for staff signatures. It could even be optional and higher ups can give access to specific staff for feature.

Need Assistance W/ Scheduling
Good afternoon (PST):
Just need to get in touch with someone who can help us set up scheduling through NPA, as we are currently doing so through an excel sheet... which is time consuming, and rather confusing when we are trying to work with 50+ therapists, and nearly as many clients.
Might also need someone sent to our office to walk us through the process.

there should be a link to ask for help when we aren't able to schedule appts or need help

scheduling matrix
On the Scheduling Matrix can the Codemetro staff not show up on the schedule. It is a pain to have to deselect them everytime.

Returning to your schedule after viewing a staff schedule.
Currently, when you view an individual client schedule you have the option to return back to your schedule. When you go to view and individual staff’s schedule, you do not have the same option to return to your schedule. It’s frustrating, I have to log out and log back in every time to be able to view my own schedule again.

Change of schedule notification
For my job we have one person making the schedule for multiple people and it changes constantly. It would be nice to get a notification of a change in schedule.
