Improve Staff Payroll Tracking/Parameters
Add ability to set billable quotas. That then allow comp time to be accumulated/tracked. Then have this info displayed at staff payroll snapshot on calendar.

Weekly Billable Hours: (this would be based on SERVICE time of a billable CODE)

Agree. We should be able to see total minutes used for each client and each service, ex. BI and sup

this is HUGE because it helps staff see when they have reached their maximum non-billables in a week. This will help in planning as well. It would be nice to have this in NPAGO and Works.
