  1. Allow the Master Summary to be run mid-month

    When invoicing customers either weekly or mid-month, it would be helpful to be able to run a summary that matches the itemized invoice.

  3. Undo Change/ Deletion Warning

    Is there an option to undo a schedule change such as accidental deletion of session? Also can you put a warning such as "are you sure you want to delete session?" prior to allowing deletion of session for precautionary measure.

  4. Zooming Feature

    The option of zooming in on text across various boxes (claims, reports, client files, etc.) in order to better see the text. When making the size of the window fill the computer, the text does not have the option to get larger, which makes the larger window actually harder to utilize.

  6. Match Office-level security access in NPAWorks in NPAGo

    NPAWorks provides the ability to specify different levels of access per-Office/Agency.

    NPAGo does not distinguish between Office/Agency, so it is not possible to specify a certain level of access for clients in one office and have another level of access for clients in other offices.

    Example: The ability to Require Signatures to render appts for clients in one office, but not for another, cannot be accomplished if using NPAGo to render appointments.

  8. Ability to create private pay funder from guardian contact

    Ability to create private pay funding source from guardian contact. Often there is a need to create a supplemental private pay agreement for clients with primary insurance funding. It would be nice to create a funding source from a contact rather than having to enter duplicate info.

  9. Mileage Tracker in NPAGo

    Our staff is using paper mileage form or an application on their phone, submitting to mileage person, then mileage person enters it into their appointment. It would be useful for NPA to develop a mileage tracking system using GPS that automatically provides mileage and start end addresses (mileage in between).

  13. Archiving old notes and issues

    Being able to archive old staff notes and issues would be helpful when employees have been with the company for years and they have years worth of documents in their file. I only want to see the most current documents but be able to access old files if needed.
