    Please update the Easter Seals Report to include all required information on the spreadsheet in this order:
    Appt ID
    Employee ID
    MRN number
    Authorization Number
    CPT Code
    Service From Date
    Service From Time
    Service To Date
    Service To Time
    Service Duration
    Treatment Type
    Client Name (First and Last)
    Staff Name
    Place of Service

    Currently the report does not include all of the required information (the member ID being one of the most important), and it still takes a long time to complete billing for this funding source.

  2. Billing Ledger - client balance to be broken down by copay and secondary

    On the Billing Ledger report, would like the client balance to be broken out between copay and secondary - we do this manually and its very time consuming. Have not found another report that will break down between the two. this is for AR purposes.

  3. Supervision Percentage Rounding

    The BACB requires RBT's to have 5% supervision by a BCBA. NPA's RBT Supervision Tracking report under the Billing Tab currently rounds up for supervision. This results in RBT's receiving less supervision that is required. This report should not round to keep data accurate.

  4. Payroll Flex Report - Column Request "Full Staff Name"

    Customer requesting to add "Staff Full Name" as a display column on the Payroll flex report.
    Current Behavior - Report currently has separate columns for First Name and Last Name.
    We export to excel, add formula to combine first name and last name into one column

    We are utilizing the Payroll report to import payroll data into our payroll system. The payroll system requires FULL NAME in one column. This will help customer by reducing time not having to create the formula after exporting report each payroll period.

  5. Overlap display column in Appointments Admin flex report

    Flex Report - Appointments Admin - add new display column for Overlaps.
    This will help better audit our appointments for billing. This report has everything we need except for determining which appointments are overlaps. Our current process involves running multiple reports then combining into one to get what we need. This is time consuming.

  6. Report that can pull information from the Credential Warnings tab in Funding Source record

    "Credential Warnings" tab at the funding source record to be centrally located in flexible reporting. Given the size of the organization, it proves very difficult and tedious to go into each office and funding source to generate this report.

  8. Allow customized Notes/Issues by type

    Allow users to customize notes/issues by type.
    - Auto-populated text in fields (Subject, Body) that can be referred to as a template.
    - Designate required fields
    - Auto-populate whether expiration is required / provide warning.
    - Choose when note expires based on type.

    We have several documents that we need to refer to daily in order to verify if/when expiration date and warning is required and to copy and paste text templates into the notes/issues based on the type. We should have the ability to format this in NPA based on Note Type.

  9. Flex Report to provide total 'count' of sessions

    Flex Report that will provide a COUNT of sessions (instead of hours provided in contract fulfillment report).

    We have a service authorization that is fulfilled by the NUMBER of sessions, NOT the number of hours. The contract fulfillment report gives us the number of hours provided only.

  10. Session logs which include therapy activities and student performance.

    I would like to be able to call up a listing of the "content" of my sessions, including the activities that I used in treatment, and my notes of client performance. This would be very helpful in helping me write my progress reports which are required periodically.

  11. Flex Reports as a Scheduled Job

    The ability to schedule Flex Reports to run at either a specified time, after hours, or as a nightly job.

    This could be beneficial for largely populated reports agencies typically need to run on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Especially when an Admin logs in and it's ready and viewable.

    This may even help performance since large scale reports could be ran outside of peak usage hours for Staff and Therapists.

  12. Include Telehealth in Log reports

    Some clinics have requested the ability to include and display if a session was Telehealth. Maybe another column like Telehealth: Yes/No or the location code can be displayed.

    This could be for reports like PVR's, PVF's, and DSL's

  13. Productivity Reports (Billable appointments)

    I would like to see the option to view billable productivity. The only option is to see all scheduled productivity rather than what the clinicians actually bill per month. This was something your competitors are doing like Central Reach and it is very helpful in tracking our clinical team's productivity.

  14. Daily Progress Notes with patient funding source ID and Guardian Signature included

    The Daily Progress Notes currently only has the provider signature, but we also need the guardian signature included. Our funding sources would also like their ID on their report. We cannot make edits to include these if we do not have MS Word. If possible, it would be great to be able to select headings to populate in the Daily Progress Note to tailor it to what our funding sources requires.

  15. Report for average monthly rendered hours

    A report that displays the average monthly hours provided to the client in a given year.
    This can be accomplished by calculating the sum of rendered time divided by the number of serviced months in the period looked for.
    If possible, also include the average monthly hours provided separated by location code.

  16. Daily Progress Notes Report that includes both Activity Note and Result Notes

    Currently the Daily Progress Notes report only displays the appointment Result Notes per session. This is beneficial for parents and legally required by some funding sources.

  18. Add Appt. Last Updated field as a report parameter to the Appointment Admin Report

    Add "Appt. Last Updated" field as a report parameter to the Appointment Admin Report. This way, if any record in the past is updated, this field can be queried and it will be MUCH easier to extract these records.

  19. Maximum hours per day cap on an authorization

    With New CPT codes, the requirements are to meet maximum daily hours/units per service code. A way to put a cap on the service hours and a report to track the hours by service code would be great.
