Account for lunch breaks in a appointment
Within an appointment indicate time that is unpaid such as lunch breaks for service provided throughout a school day, or time that should be paid at a different rates, such as drive time instead of having to create 2 or more appointments.

A feature to build in 10 minute breaks for sessions up to 4 hours long, and 30 minute lunches for sessions 5 hours or longer.
