Validation Warning for Blue Appts when Scheduling on Holidays, etc.
Be able to have the blue appts follow the same rules as regular appts and get validation warnings when scheduling on a holiday, etc.

Indirect appointment defaults to Office address and location
Automatically change Location address to the office's address and location code when Indirect is selected. This will make a big impact in updating this field when doing indirect in a office.

Ability to drag appoinments from one schedule to another instead of having to open the appt and/or remove/reschedule them.

Automatically update appt subject lines when staff or client name changes.
Currently, When you update the staff record, the staff's name is updated on the schedule window and on the provider field within existing appointments, but the updated name isn't changed on the appointment subject line.

Validation warning when scheduling outside availability
When scheduling through the clients side, display validation warnings if the appointment is being scheduled outside of the availability for the staff they selected.

Hide inactive/terminated staff & clients in Matrix filters
If for the date range selected in the Matrix a staff member is inactivated/terminated or a client is terminated, do not display their names in the staff/client filters.

Display and allow edits for the POS field on all appointments instead of only appointments for insurance funding sources
On appointments, show POS for non-insurance appointments. Needed for payroll reconciliation purposes and also for billing purposes.

Categorize blue appointments
Have the ability to categorize a blue appointment so reporting and rules can be applied to specific appointment categories. For example, typically drive time appointments are not valid for the first or last appointment of the day. There's is no easy way to identify when this condition happens because NPAWorks does not recognize a drive time appointment from any other blue appointment.

Copy schedules
For clinic and school based practices, the ability to copy and extend an entire client's schedule when a new auth is received. Useful when schedules do not change from auth to auth.

Service dates in Contract Fulfillment snapshot
Instead of contract dates display the Service beg. and end dates displayed in the Contract Fulfillment Snapshot. This information will be useful as it will show the BCBA's/Sups when the services end to start prepping for the reports.
Contract dates does not help since the services dates are not always the same as the contract dates

Recurrences: Check skip disallowed days by default
When creating recurring appointments for service appts have the “Skip Funding Source Disallowed Days” box automatically checked.

Rendered in NPAWorks vs NPAGo
For both record-keeping and troubleshooting purposes, it would be beneficial for an appointment's 'Service Rendered/Completed' field in NPAGo and Appointments Admin to indicate if an appointment has been rendered from NPAWorks.
A message such as 'This appointment has been rendered from NPAWorks.' would be suitable
Appointments rendered from NPAWorks will not be able to capture a geolocation, so this message would be helpful for trying to distinguish between appointments that are missing a location for the rendered/completed field.

More flexibility in scheduling Appt Reminders to Guardians
Currently the reminder schedule options are: same day, next day, weekly (next 7 days). For example, would like to be able to send an email on Thursday but not for the next seven days, send the email reminder for the following Monday thru Sunday, or send emails on Friday for the next 10 days.

Print multiple monthly view calendars at one time
Ability to print multiple calendars at one time, similar to Bulk PVR. Its easiest to enter billing data in Regional Center portals from a monthly calendar view and its time consuming to print the calendar from each clients' schedule.

Show therapist signature image in NPAWorks Guardian Verification button. The actual signature image is for audits.

Auto fill DIrect/Indirect based on Service Log Entry
Options for for the appointment's Direct/Indirect field to auto fill based on the selection of the Service Log Entry. Funding Sources require PVR information selected in the Service Log Entry dropdown. Options 1-6 determine the type of appointment it was: face to face, report prep, meeting, etc).
