  2. Validation warning on appointments with deleted SOAP notes

    Catalyst/Web ABA Enterprise integration - after a soap note and appointment are mapped, if a SOAP note gets deleted, then session should be highlighted / flagged (with validation warning in the schedules) so it's not billed.

  4. Therapists to sign off on sessions through NPA Works

    The option for therapists to sign off on sessions through NPA Works. We use NPA Works throughout the day so we also can have access to client/staff info and reports. We shouldn't have to sign off and go into NPA Go just to sign off on the session.

  5. scheduling matrix

    Please add other fields to filter on in the scheduling matrix. The Region field is from County on the Staff record. We serve 2 large counties. It would be more efficient to use either client type or staff dept fields group staff calendars for viewing. The scheduling genie has the ability to search staff within x miles of the client.

  6. Option for Rendering Provider to Auto Populate

    We desperately need an option for the rendering provider to auto populate to be the same as the scheduled provider. All of our funding sources require the provider that sees the client to be the rendering provider. Since the providers themselves cannot do this without having full access to all of the billing/insurance numbers, the only option is for our billing specialist to click through EVERY SINGLE appointment and add the rendering provider. We have recently expanded and cannot continue to operate this way. It is wasting a ton of precious time. Thank you!

  7. Microsoft Outlook Schedule Sync Integration

    Integration with the Office 365 ecosystem, allow users to have their schedule cloned to their organization managed email.

    For organizations using Microsoft Office as their main collaboration and communication suite, being able to leverage notifications, reminders, sharing options, etc. through Outlook would be a welcome addition to productivity and workflow improvements.

  8. 15 minute increments on schedule

    The schedule on code metro is currently split into 30 minute increments. Our past software had it split into 15 minute increments so appointments don't look as though they're overlapping just because they're on the 15 or 45 minute mark. The option to change our scheduler into 15 minutes would be helpful so we can just look at the schedule and tell if appointments are actually overlapping.

    Display location on NPAWorks appointments. As of now, you have to enter into the actual appointment itself to see the location. It would be amazing for it to display on the calendar view (similar to NPAGo)

  12. Show total hours left in authorization

    When an individual schedule is open, show not only how many hours are left for the week or the month, but how many are left for the entire authorization period. With insurance companies and Medi-Cal, we are given bulk amounts for the entire auth period which we can use any way we choose. We have some clients who, for example, are only authorized for 15 hours/week, but we schedule them for 25 hours/week because twice a year they take lengthy breaks from treatment.   13. overlapping appointments

    Overlapping appointments: We need ability to allow/disallow overlapping appointments by SERVICE. All or nothing on this feature has proven this setting useless to us. We need to allow overlapping appointments for group services, but do not want staff to have ability to enter overlapping appointments for any other appointment.

  14. Saved Appointment Notification

    In an effort to make Saving appointment changes even more user friendly, I propose:

    A UI indicator or message that displays on an appointment or schedule that indicates if a schedule has been successfully saved or not.

    E.G., 3 dots "..." or a symbol displayed at the top of a schedule or a "Saved Successfully" message after a Save or Save and Close action has been performed.

  15. Can you automate traveling time so that I don't have to calculate it on google maps and enter it myself.

    If staff is traveling from one appointment to another appointment. I have to enter a blue appointment for travel time and mileage. Instead of me, entering can this be automatically calculated. This would save me so much time.

  16. Validate Service Appointments Based on Direct/Indirect Setting

    It would be nice to have the system know to only allow certain CPT codes for Direct vs. Indirect billing

    For example, only allow services with CPT code 97151 to be billed as Direct appts, any Direct services with 97152 would throw a warning.

  17. Validation For 8 Hours Of Daily Service For Client

    Most insurance funding sources stipulate a maximum of 8 hours service per day. Please create a validation option for this in addition to checking against total, weekly or monthly hours authorized.

  18. Show Clock-In and Clock-Out times on the Reconcile Reported Times screen

    When staff members use the Clock-On and Clock-Out feature, show those times in the Reconcile Reported Times screen to make it easier to make changes to the appointments and avoid human error coming from manually reconciling times.
