  1. Specify which staff provide a specific service for a client

    Ability to identify which staff provides a specific service for a client without having to enter that information in client service notes. For example: client receives 4 different services, each service is provided by a different therapist.

  2. Master office that stores all clients

    Option for an office that stores ALL clients (something like a master office) so admin staff can go to one place to find client records. Currently the user needs to go into office and locate the client record.

  3. Alert when a client is deleted

    Want an alert staff (set up by Dept. and/or job title) when a client is successfully deleted.

    This is specifically for deleted clients, not terminated. The intention is to be alerted if clients are being deleted when they shouldn't be to help limit the severity of unintended deletions.

  4. Automatically assign Date of Release Signature to start of contract

    On the Client Contract tab, auto-populate 'Date of Release Signature' with the begin date of the service contract, instead of having to manually enter the information.

  5. Add Supervision to Client Profile

    To better identify who oversees each client, it would be beneficial to have a feature that allows us to assign a Supervisor to the Client profile. Currently, we only see this feature on the Staff profile.

  7. Tracking prorated authorized hours

    Ability to track authorizations 2 ways. For example, on a weekly total and for a max hours total per month. This is due to needing the weeks pro-rated. If the client has 10hrs/wk authorized, then they cannot exceed 43.33hrs/mo. Ability to enter both amounts in the client's record.

  8. Propagating client changes to appointments

    The system should not allow the propagate to appointments option when client service data is updated if there are no appointments for that client service.
