Ability to sent emergency text message alerts to all staff if needed.

Reduce the number of pop-up windows
It think reducing multiple window popups would streamline the process.
Example 1) If I have multiple clients open, and save one, I have to wait for a pop-up to confirm the save. This interrupts my work because I have to confirm that I read the confirmation.
Example 2) I have to click to open a new window to view the contents of an appointment. An option to HOVER over an appointment to read the contents would speed up the process of checking accuracy.5 votes -

Structured office notes section
I'm wondering if the office notes section can be structured somehow so that it's not a big pot for anyone to dump anything into it. Maybe if there can be an option to make an entry that would be dated/time stamped, and can be checked off if they've been adjusted? Any entries that have not been adjusted would show up on the office notes report, or at least the last one entered.

Message client contacts to update their availability
Ability to send a mass email or text to all client contacts requesting the guardians update their clients' availabilities for Spring and Summer breaks.

15 minute time slots
Double clicking on the calendar to enter 15 minute time slots would be nice. Also, When we pull the bottom of an appointment up or down to extend the time, if that can be 15 minutes at a time, that'd be great.

Sorting Individualized
Need individualized sorting. Would love to be able to add column to main page to include supervisor for each client. Then I can search by supervisor caseload or group clients that way on the main page.

Security permissions based on user rather than role
When staff's responsibilities are changing quickly would be easier to have the system security be based off of a particular user rather than a role. This would allow more flexibility and be able to customize permissions smoothly.

Move Special Identifier button to the top toolbar
Would is be possible to move the special identifier button to the top toolbar like all of the other buttons? It is an important button that is not easily seen, so it will be better suited to be more visible in the top toolbar.

Alert user when another user is editing a record
If someone is working on a staff’s schedule and another user is also adding appointment notes that when the staff member saves, they lose all their data and the note does not render. Is there a way to alert everyone that some is already accessing that schedule?

Add BCBA Last Name to Home Client Listing
Would like to see ability to see BCBA Last Name on Home Client Listing. In our clinic each BCBA is assigned specific clients. Would allow reports to be generated per BCBA and client profile. We have more than one clinic location and several BCBA's. This would assist in many ways.

More details for warning flags on client/staff pages
Display more information on why as staff or client has been flagged on the main pages. Currently, a red flag requires the user to investigate the client/staff record to see find what specific part of the record is causing the issue. Instead, be able to hover over the record so it will show exactly what has expired.

Global search feature
A search field on the main screen where you can start entering a first name and all records that could fit that search would be displayed in one location regardless if it's a staff or client record.

Open NPAWorks in last used window size.
I'd like for NPAWorks to open with the last used window size. I use a 32" 4k monitor running at 3840 x 2160 resolution and I don't need a window that's 98% or so of screen area. Flexible reporting also defaults to a large window.

Appointment Reminder scheduling option
Option to customize the "Appointments Reminder" emails so that ithey can be sent further in advance:
For example, the ability to send on Thursday for the following week's appointments Monday-Sunday
Currently, the Appointments Reminder job only has options to send today's, tomorrow's, or the next 7 days' appointments.
All of these options are tied to the day the job is run, so there is no way to specify how far in-advance the job should be looking to send updates.Workaround

Customize Alerts/Flags Timeframe
Alerts are only set up for less than 30, 60 days etc. We should be able to customize the flagged alert system such as being able to set up custom days/time (i.e. flag clients when authorization is set to expire in 45 days instead of preset times)
