Allow the Master Summary to be run mid-month
When invoicing customers either weekly or mid-month, it would be helpful to be able to run a summary that matches the itemized invoice.

Returning to your schedule after viewing a staff schedule.
Currently, when you view an individual client schedule you have the option to return back to your schedule. When you go to view and individual staff’s schedule, you do not have the same option to return to your schedule. It’s frustrating, I have to log out and log back in every time to be able to view my own schedule again.

Change of schedule notification
For my job we have one person making the schedule for multiple people and it changes constantly. It would be nice to get a notification of a change in schedule.

Undo Change/ Deletion Warning
Is there an option to undo a schedule change such as accidental deletion of session? Also can you put a warning such as "are you sure you want to delete session?" prior to allowing deletion of session for precautionary measure.

Zooming Feature
The option of zooming in on text across various boxes (claims, reports, client files, etc.) in order to better see the text. When making the size of the window fill the computer, the text does not have the option to get larger, which makes the larger window actually harder to utilize.

Viewing schedules
I'm not able to see my schedule on my phone, I only have client schedule option, yet on Ipad, I only can see my schedule. Not clients schedule . It would be nice to see total hours, hours left, and access reports

Daily Payroll Snapshot to Prevent Overtime Scheduling
It's important to know at a quick glance how many hours Staff is scheduled for the DAY not just the WEEK in order to avoid unintentional scheduling of Overtime for the day.

Drop Down for Blue Appointments
Have a drop down menu of activities for staff to select when entering blue appointments. This way there are less variations of what staff enter and time can be sorted and approved efficiently

Holiday Scheduling
Allow for a holiday to be entered in for the entire group so that the appointments are all removed for that day for members of the group without affecting the recurrence.

Match Office-level security access in NPAWorks in NPAGo
NPAWorks provides the ability to specify different levels of access per-Office/Agency.
NPAGo does not distinguish between Office/Agency, so it is not possible to specify a certain level of access for clients in one office and have another level of access for clients in other offices.
Example: The ability to Require Signatures to render appts for clients in one office, but not for another, cannot be accomplished if using NPAGo to render appointments.

We would like to see service name on the calendar view of Parent Portal. As is now, parent has to click into appointment to see service name.

Viewing billable, non-billable, and drive time as separate totals on staff schedules
It would be helpful on the staff's schedules to see their weekly billable, non-billable, and drive time appointment split up as separate totals in the same location where NPA shows their scheduled hours for the week in contrast to their requested number of hours per week. If this information were included in that same window, it would be helpful for payroll and for seeing a breakdown of their total weekly hours.
