  2. Improve RBT supervision

    When your appointment changes (times), the Supervision hours will automatically adjust themselves and sync with NPA Works. Or if you adjust your time on NPA works, it will automatically sync with NPA Go so that you dont get an invalid error

    Hello! I think we should be able to upload staff photos so when we select staff name their thumbnail is a photo of them so that we can match the name with face. This will help personalize staff profiles better!

  8. Notification of Unrendered Appointments on NPAGo Calendar

    Option for a notification on staff schedules for appointments that need to be rendered. For ex: if i'm rendering an appt on Wed, 8/29 but haven't rendered my appt on Mon, 8/27 then i'd receive a pop up notification when I go to render my 29th appt saying I need to also render the 27th.

  11. Signal that Appointments are Open for Staff with Availability

    The ability to signal that an appointment is 'Open.' This is for clients that don't have an assigned therapist so staff can claim the appointment if they are available.

  14. Unconfirmed Appointment Color Indicator

    Have the option to add an appointment that is a different color to flag that it has not been confirmed yet. Once it is confirmed with staff and caregiver, we can change it to green. Using the current blue instead of green does not help because it has to be added to both staff and client schedules and doesn't notify if we are over/under contracted hours. This would help as a "time slot saver" when planning schedules in advance.

  17. Color Indicators on NPAGo Calendar

    On the monthly calendar in NPAGo:
    - if all appointments for the day are gray, display a gray dot on the calendar
    - if all appointments for the are non-service (blue), display a dark blue dot
    - if all service appointments for the day are rendered, display a dark green dot even if there are also blue or gray appointments
    - If at least one service appointment for the day is non-rendered, display a light green dot even if there are other rendered, blue, or gray appointments

  18. Ability to quickly add picture/document to an appointment

    Have the ability for staff to take a picture that can be attached to an individual appointment. For example, raw data sheets for the session. Or permanent products that were developed for the case.

  20. Supervisor Approval/Signature of Appointment and/or Note Before Billing

    Due to ASHA/SLP requirements (American speech-language-hearing association), supervisor initials/signatures are needed on all appointments and then a final signature for the month. Certain funding sources also require the Supervisor's signature for audit purposes.

    Feature Request - to add ability for Supervisors to sign off on all their subordinates appointments in NPAGo and report in a manner similar to PVRs.
