Staff and Client Attributes
It would be nice to have an option related to challenging behavior so that we can match clients who are aggressive/SIB with therapists who have clinical skills to address.

Increase the character count of Appointment Notes Notes
Often times staff will run out of character space to input their appointment notes regarding the session into the allotted space. This space is even smaller if a customized template is added to the appointment note, making it difficult for staff to enter detailed information.

Tracking manually collected data sheets
Ability to note in an appointment if a data sheet has been manually collected and when. This is currently tracked outside of NPAWorks.

completed vs scheduled payroll hours
I would like to see completed hours be from the current date/time to the beginning of the week and scheduled be the entire week. So I can easily take a look at where my current hours are at.

Option to not show all staff or clients in the Matrix
Option to only display clients or staff who have appointments based on the Matrix filters entered rather than all staff and clients regardless of whether appointments are present.

Ability for staff to render payroll (blue) appointments.

Option to run the Scheduling Genie from staff in addition to client
Ability to run the Scheduling Genie from the staff side to find clients closest to the staff. Also need the ability to specify the main location of the staff because staff may live in one area, but see client's in a different area.

Pay codes tied to appointment status types
Ability to tie pay codes to appointment status types. For example, a payroll, non-billable status type will have 0 service time, AND the correct pay code (which might not be the default pay code).

Able to switch the order of the appointment notes fields
The ability to change the order of notes in appointments. Activity Notes are used more than the Office Notes and sometimes staff accidentally put session notes in Office Notes.

Option in Appointment Status Types to set default service time & duration
The ability to have an Appointment Status Type update the duration + service time of an appointment to a specific minute value when the auto-render feature is checked, such as in the case of unexpected cancellations where a default billable service time & and staff pay amount can be set.

Mass delete of appointments
The ability for an admin to mass delete appointments for a given date range. Have the option to select which clients and staff are deleted.
Helpful when a staff or client gets terminated or when appointments are entered in error.2 votes -
Send messages/alerts from appointment window
For both group and individual appointments, ability to send customized texts/emails to clients and/or staff from the appointment window itself, with the ability for them to reply back to the patron scheduler/administrator only. For group appts, be able to send multiple texts/emails at one time.

Search by staff in the Genie for matching clients
CFC would like the ability to use the Scheduling Genie from the staff side to search for matching clients within a certain distance of a staff member, similar to how the Scheduling Genie allows users to search for staff within X miles of a client when accessed from the client side.

Double click open staff/client calendar
If we could open client or staff schedules by double clicking on their names not the calendar icon.

Survey/checklist when locking schedules
Option for a brief survey/checklist for staff to complete before they are allowed to lock their schedules. This survey would give those staff members the chance to answer payroll questions and require them to more-closely review their schedule and correct any common errors before they are able to lock.
