    On the Scheduling Matrix can the Codemetro staff not show up on the schedule. It is a pain to have to deselect them everytime.

  2. Need Assistance W/ Scheduling

    Good afternoon (PST):

    Just need to get in touch with someone who can help us set up scheduling through NPA, as we are currently doing so through an excel sheet... which is time consuming, and rather confusing when we are trying to work with 50+ therapists, and nearly as many clients.

    Might also need someone sent to our office to walk us through the process.

  3. Allow the Master Summary to be run mid-month

    When invoicing customers either weekly or mid-month, it would be helpful to be able to run a summary that matches the itemized invoice.

  4. Viewing schedules

    I'm not able to see my schedule on my phone, I only have client schedule option, yet on Ipad, I only can see my schedule. Not clients schedule . It would be nice to see total hours, hours left, and access reports

  6. Match Office-level security access in NPAWorks in NPAGo

    NPAWorks provides the ability to specify different levels of access per-Office/Agency.

    NPAGo does not distinguish between Office/Agency, so it is not possible to specify a certain level of access for clients in one office and have another level of access for clients in other offices.

    Example: The ability to Require Signatures to render appts for clients in one office, but not for another, cannot be accomplished if using NPAGo to render appointments.

    We would like to see service name on the calendar view of Parent Portal. As is now, parent has to click into appointment to see service name.

  10. Archiving old notes and issues

    Being able to archive old staff notes and issues would be helpful when employees have been with the company for years and they have years worth of documents in their file. I only want to see the most current documents but be able to access old files if needed.

  14. Set appointment service location based on guardian geolocation

    Option for like for the guardian geolocation to populate in the appointment service location field. Reason: Supervisors (because they do not do direct services often) forget to set the correct appointment service location if it is not based on the default set in the client record.

    Capabililty for voice recognition to add appointments, render sessions and add notes plus other things. For example, NPAGo can you render my session with Jonny, I was with Michelle rbt for an in person individual supervision.
