Please Update and Merge with CRM System
Merge with Monday.com I was just telling my colleagues how behind NPA is. We need a more interactive platform and customer management tools. We should all be able to update info such as personnel changes, funding source updates, eligibility, etc etc etc

My Schedule button on View Staff Schedule screen
I wish there was a "My Schedule" Shortcut button on the "View staff member's schedule" screen. My work-around is if I'm viewing a staff member's schedule I have to view a random client, just to access the "My Schedule" button there. If there is another way, it's less obvious that THAT.

NPA appointments to show indication of last user to make changes/adjustments
When clicking and opening any appointment on the NPA schedule, it will show the last person/user that made changes/edits to the appointment.

Highlight the current day in calendar
Currently one can see a pink highlight over whichever day one is checking up. It will be useful to also see a different color permanently highlighting the current day. This would prevent mistakes like confusion one day with the very next one where the same exact clients are scheduled but in different times, or if there was a change for just one particular day.

A day sheet view with all staff across the top columns and times as the rows showing all appointments for the day in our area.

For clinician to have appointments of different colors for confirmed and unconfirmed appts.
For clinicians to have appts of 3 different colors *confirmed- scheduled w/ family and confirmed
*unconfirmed- scheduled w/ family but not yet confirmed (this also is a cue that reminds clinicians to confirm the appt with the families)
*tentative- schedule is in discussion or in revision stage, not yet set. When making the schedule, clinician has to visually see the appt to see how it fits in the schedule, but then they will also see the appt even though it might not have been discussed with them yetAlso, please make it easy for families to confirm appts through parent…

Would like to be able to sort by the CLIENT name as well as the PROVIDER.
We have 50 clients and over 80 providers. When we do a complete print out, which we use to gather signatures, it all comes out sorted by the PROVIDER which is 250+ pages. We send out to the CLIENT.. and so we spend 2 or 3 hours resorting those 250 pages of output by CLIENT. Would like the output to come out sorted by the CLIENT.

Allow the end or termination of services provided per provider (staff)
In the staff information general tab, allowing the ability to end/terminate services. For example: as staff obtain the new licensures/degrees and are no longer billing the mid level codes, given the ability to unselect/remove/ end/ terminate these from their options as to avoid accidental billing of the incorrect service codes.

Provide guardian access to SOAP note when signing
We must give guardians access to SOAP note.
NPA Parent Portal – As you know parents can only see general appointment information and sign. We would like for Parents to also see the SOAP note when signing. This will be in the event staff was unable to capture signatures via Catalyst as parents are not always present.These requirements are not ‘would be nice to have’ features, rather requirements being placed on ABA providers industry wide.

Ability to export a discrete version of the calendar to alternative calendar
It is understandable that information is confidential, but it would be very useful to have the ability to export a discrete version of the WebABA calendar to the Outlook calendar, for example, so we could have an easy access through our work email account.
Confidentiality could be protected by instead of showing the actual information we see in WebABA, when exported, we receive a discrete version that shows only colored highlights and dots over the scheduled dates and times using the colors we already do in WebABA for distinct matters.
