A user friendly front facing report for Admins that shows appointment change history within a specified date range and details like:
-User who last edited
-What it was edited on/with like: NPAGo/NPAWorks/NPAWeb
-What field/section were edited on the appt(s)
-Who created it and when
-Recurrence=Yes/No
-Recurrence ID
-Appt ID
-Dates/Times
-Staff Name
-Client Name
-Service Name

This could be great too if it allowed the ability to both provide and require supervision like RBT. If it conflicts with previous RBT Flex reports, maybe a separate report for BCAT might be in needed too.

Right now the work around is to create a contact named Telehealth with the Address: Telehealth.
Then include the location in the log and it will display under the location fields as "Telehealth" next to the session.
Alternatively, a user could also input "Telehealth" in the Subject but it would be more ideal and cleaner if it was an option to simply have the report include it.
