Update RBT Tracking for new experience standards
A feature to track the new experience standards for obtaining the BCBA credential. The effective date of the new experience standards is January 1, 2019. We have quite a few interns that need to track their hours. This is the link from the BACB:

Ability to automatically send a staff member their userid and a link to set their password when the user account is created.

Please add effective dates to staff services.
Please add effective dates to staff services. If a staff can no longer provide a service (say they lose their license), how can we prevent them from using that service? We cannot turn off the service on the staff record because there are no effective dates on them so all the appts in history go red and we get Staff doesn't provide this service upon validation.
Also in NYS we have limited scope for LBAs/BCBAs and new regulations over past few years so they should not be providing certain non-autism services. We have ind contractors educators that should no longer…2 votes -

Ability to track BCaBA Supervision hours. Similar to the RBT feature.

Work weeks
Ability to define the organization's work week for payroll purposes. Calculation of overtime will be based on the organization's defined work week rather than the current default of Sun-Sat.

Option to hide inactive staff in the address book and when selecting staff to add as client contacts.

Automatically remove RBT Supervision tracking when appointments are cancelled
If both RBT & Sup appointments get cancelled, auto uncheck the appt on the RBT tab to avoid having to run the report to check for the error and then go into the appointment to fix it.

Staff yearly salary amounts
Ability to enter yearly salary rates for staff. and import this data into 3rd party payroll systems such as ADP.

Assign files/notes to staff with notifications
Ability to assign & reassign files/notes to a staff and have that staff receive a notification. Include this feature in DocCenter.

Bulk timesheet generation
Ability to bulk print timesheets for staff instead of having to access each individual staff schedule to print a timesheet.

Indicate on Time & Travel review if signatures were gathered
Add columns to Time & Travel review to indicate if both service provider and guardian signatures have been captured for an appointment.

Default pay code based on client service
Ability to automatically change the staff's pay code based on client's service. This would mean there would be default pay codes for multiple services for the same staff, not just if its a service or non-service appointment.
Staff are paid the BI rate for all 1:1/BHV/para services they provide, rather than their normal "hourly" rate. So, any service appt with one of these services, 1:1/BHV/para, would automatically get the BI rate pay code defaulted on the appt.
This would help with payroll since staff are failing to change the pay code to the proper one.

Report to Show where RBT Supervision Can be Logged
A report to run to see where supervision could possibly be logged for an RBT and a Supervisor. Currently, we only have reports that will pull data about supervision that is already logged, but nothing will show you were supervision could be logged in the future.

Hide inactive services on staff record
Currently, a staff record's "Services Provided" window lists all services for that office, regardless of whether it is active or inactive. Services that are marked as inactive and have never been used by a staff do not need to appear on this list.
Services that are inactive, but have been previously used by a staff, should still be displayed in the "Services Provided" list for auditing and record-keeping purposes to show the staff did previously provide that service.2 votes -
RBT Log for Supervisors' teams
Ability for sups to run RBT Log for only their subordinates. Currently an administrator has to run the report, split out be sup, and then distribute to the sups which is time consuming.

Do not display credential warnings for non-billable appts
Only display credential/qualifications warnings for staff with appointments that do not meet the funding source's credentialing requirement if the appointments in question are billable. No warnings for non-billable appointments.

time sheet signatures
Having staff signatures automatically populate time sheets and then batch print them for a whole pay period so we can have a pdf record of all staff's time sheets with signatures for a given pay period (i.e. 05/01/20-05/15/20).

Supervision tracking based on FS requirements
Extend RBT feature to track the % of Supervision hours provided by staff for each client. Ability to set up set up the parameters based on FS needs, such as 5, 10, 20 %. Be able to track by client or staff.

Notification of RBT's extended appointment
Ability to automatically send a email notification to an RBT Supervisor if an RBT extends and renders an appointment. The Supervisor to be notified that there is more time that can be logged on the appointment.
