  2. Holiday Scheduling

    Allow for a holiday to be entered in for the entire group so that the appointments are all removed for that day for members of the group without affecting the recurrence.

  3. Reminders by Service Code

    It would be helpful is the reminder for missing parents/caregivers signatures can be determine by Service Code. this way, reminders are sent only for certain Service codes and no for others. We serve School clients that do not need signature in the same way that home clients need and it would be very confusing to send reminder across the board.

    After an appointment is rendered and you hit Save- if a staff signature is missing, system gives red warning and prompts this to occur before allowing appointment to save

  6. Drop Down for Blue Appointments

    Have a drop down menu of activities for staff to select when entering blue appointments. This way there are less variations of what staff enter and time can be sorted and approved efficiently

  12. Availability in NPAGo

    Ability to display or add/update staff availability in their schedules when in NPAGo.

    Most therapist staff interact with NPAGo exclusively and so it is difficult for them to check if their availabilities were entered correctly or notify the admin team if a incorrect change was made.

    It is also cumbersome to get each therapist staff familiar enough using NPAWorks to access and check their schedule from Works, especially if these staff are out in the field and may not keep a laptop with them.

  14. Archiving old notes and issues

    Being able to archive old staff notes and issues would be helpful when employees have been with the company for years and they have years worth of documents in their file. I only want to see the most current documents but be able to access old files if needed.

  17. List View for NPAGo Calendar

    Be able to have another option (on top of the current three view options: Monthly, weekly, and day) to view appointments in a list, so it is easier to see if I rendered or got signatures for all of them in the mobile setting.

  18. Improve RBT supervision

    When your appointment changes (times), the Supervision hours will automatically adjust themselves and sync with NPA Works. Or if you adjust your time on NPA works, it will automatically sync with NPA Go so that you dont get an invalid error
