  2. Auto-Fill Time and Mileage for Travel Appointments

    Auto-Fill appointments based on history of previous appointments and have staff accept/confirm or cancel autofill.

    • Travel appointments that are made will have a drop down menu of the addresses of the clients you work with.
    • Staff will select the address from the drop down menu to give the location they are departing from.
    • Staff will select the address from the drop down menu to give the location they are to arrive at.
    • NPA will auto-fill the time and mileage of the travel based on traffic patterns during the time of travel.

  3. Mileage Tracker in NPAGo

    Our staff is using paper mileage form or an application on their phone, submitting to mileage person, then mileage person enters it into their appointment. It would be useful for NPA to develop a mileage tracking system using GPS that automatically provides mileage and start end addresses (mileage in between).

  8. Improve Staff Payroll Tracking/Parameters

    Add ability to set billable quotas. That then allow comp time to be accumulated/tracked. Then have this info displayed at staff payroll snapshot on calendar.

  11. We would like the ability to turn on weekends by student, not by funding source

    Some schools will allow weekend services for a specific student, not for all. Once we turn on at the funding source level, any student in that district can have weekend services on their calendar. This creates more work to have to audit to make sure someone didn't bill in error on a weekend.

  12. Ability to quickly add picture/document to an appointment

    Have the ability for staff to take a picture that can be attached to an individual appointment. For example, raw data sheets for the session. Or permanent products that were developed for the case.

  13. Unconfirmed Appointment Color Indicator

    Have the option to add an appointment that is a different color to flag that it has not been confirmed yet. Once it is confirmed with staff and caregiver, we can change it to green. Using the current blue instead of green does not help because it has to be added to both staff and client schedules and doesn't notify if we are over/under contracted hours. This would help as a "time slot saver" when planning schedules in advance.

  15. Color Indicators on NPAGo Calendar

    On the monthly calendar in NPAGo:
    - if all appointments for the day are gray, display a gray dot on the calendar
    - if all appointments for the are non-service (blue), display a dark blue dot
    - if all service appointments for the day are rendered, display a dark green dot even if there are also blue or gray appointments
    - If at least one service appointment for the day is non-rendered, display a light green dot even if there are other rendered, blue, or gray appointments

    Hello! I think we should be able to upload staff photos so when we select staff name their thumbnail is a photo of them so that we can match the name with face. This will help personalize staff profiles better!

  19. Location of session address (not based on contract)

    address that appears in NPA Go shows the address that is on the contract - however clients are at Camp, After School Activities, Grandparents House, etc and the address doesn't help you get to the right location

  20. Signal that Appointments are Open for Staff with Availability

    The ability to signal that an appointment is 'Open.' This is for clients that don't have an assigned therapist so staff can claim the appointment if they are available.
