Global School/District Referenced Schedules
For heavy School District based Clinics, it would be ideal to have a global to high level calendar that District funded client schedules could reference stored Holidays, Breaks, and Observed Non-Service days/weeks for the school year.
This would prove less cumbersome to the user, as they could propagate this global schedule into the client's Designated Services Weeks and recognized Observed Non-Service Days.

Staff weekly work hours at glance on the schedules
To be able to see daily work hours at glance on the schedules. I find myself constantly running the staff weekly hours to make sure our employees get 8hrs a day. It makes the job very tedious to having to jump from the schedules to the report all day long.

Multiple Appointment Status Change: Staff Cancellation
When a staff is out we would love to have the ability to change the status to "staff cancellation" for all appointments on one day or a date range instead of having to go in and cancel each individual appointment.

Enter allowed/approved time for non-billable time
We would like the ability to allot/restrict non-billable time:
1. For blue non-service appointments.
and
2. For green service appointments (with no service time/non-billable). Without having to enter a 2nd service option for the same service.5 votes -
recurring appointments overhaul
Please add code into the scheduling portion of Go and Works that will NOT allow providers to schedule PAST the authorization on file in the system. Currently, a provider can add as many recurrences as they wish and it doesn't cause an issue until they try to render their appointments. They then take valuable time to have to redo or delete a ton of appointments they have entered. Flag appointment when there is a HUGE discrepency in Time entered
When a provider enters AM and the appointment was a PM appointment that ends in PM. If the client appoint shows start time as 1:00AM and ending at 5:00Pm there is OBVIOUSLY an error. The system should be intuitive enough to know that there is not going to be a service time running that long. A warning and inability to render the appointment until the time is checked and verified as correct should pop. A note such as WARNING the appoint time you selected shows 15hours of service! Show Multiple Months Across Top/Side
In processing paperwork (yes, paper) turned in at month-end for rendering sessions, it constantly requires backing up to the prior month (btw, the arrows are very small).
Would be nice to have at least the prior month showing, for easy click into prior month. (Also serves as reminder that I am not working on the current month showing.)
And/or if the scrolling to prior/future months could be faster(?). Referencing an appointment in the prior year is very cumbersome.

Moving appointments from AM to PM
Scheduling can recognize that after changing the start time from an AM to a PM that the end time would automatically change to PM as well when tabbing.

Option on client schedule to override FS "Disallowed" days
When using the Funding Source record to set Disallowed Service Dates for all clients enrolled with that FS (instead of setting the designated service & non-service weeks feature at the client-level) there is an issue when its necessary to
provide services on a "disallowed' day. Being able to right click on a appointment and rendering when the full calendar is opened
Having the ability to right click on a appointment and being able to render. This would be a good idea to allow clinicians to render their appointments in a faster manner instead of having to open each appointment individually which takes longer.
