BACB Requirements for Program Managers
Per BCAB, Program Managers can supervise Tutor appointments, but also need to get supervision on their own appointments. With the current RBT rules, you cannot both require and provide supervision.

Inactivate Funding Source Services
Ability to archive or inactivate a service at the funding source level so that it no longer appears by default (similar to inactivating a staff member) and cannot be selected for new/updated client services.

An option to limit authorization on a total length of time in addition to a daily limit.

Viewing all Staff Assigned to Client (previously and current staff assigned)
There should be a way to see a drop down box next to each staff so that we can list all clients assigned to that staff member. Likewise there should be a drop box or list option of all staff ever assigned to a certain client. For example when open a client's chart an option to see which providers have previously or currently worked with this specific client will assist in streamlining client preferences and better assist in understanding case history

Ability to track invoice and EOB payments in NPAWorks and generate AR aging reports.

Pop-up option to text/email staff when an appt is canceled
When an appointment changes or get cancelled display a pop-up option to select if staff should be notified either by email or text to notify them that a change has been made to their schedule."

15 minute time slots
Double clicking on the calendar to enter 15 minute time slots would be nice. Also, When we pull the bottom of an appointment up or down to extend the time, if that can be 15 minutes at a time, that'd be great.

Inactivate Pay Codes
Ability to inactivate/hide pay codes that are no longer in use. It would be useful to have a selection box at the bottom of HR Management for ‘Show inactive pay codes’ like we have on the main screen for FS, services, staff, etc.

MUE
NPA should have MUE defaults (set by you...we all have the same ones) and/or provider should be able to set/edit/restrict. I would like this ability and an appointment warning for staff if they exceed daily MUE limit. Daily restriction under service options designed for authorization does NOT suffice. We need that field to enter units authorized, not MUEs.

Message client contacts to update their availability
Ability to send a mass email or text to all client contacts requesting the guardians update their clients' availabilities for Spring and Summer breaks.

Add/Edit Availability in the Matrix
It would be nice to be able to update all staff's Availabilities when in the Scheduling matrix.

Do not allow overlapping service appointments
Option to not allow 2 service overlapping appointments unless one of the appointments has zero service time. Still allowing by default overlap of a non-service appointment with a service appointment.
