Ability to schedule clinical meeting for multiple service providers and/or multiple clients with 1 appointment rather than having to open each staff or client schedule individually.

Parent Portal App
An actual App (from the Android/IOS app stores) for Parent Portal. This would be more effective and easier for parents than downloading/saving the link. The app could include an option to set a reminder for signing appointments, and potentially the providers could send reminder messages directly to the parent via the application.

Daily Progress Notes with patient funding source ID and Guardian Signature included
The Daily Progress Notes currently only has the provider signature, but we also need the guardian signature included. Our funding sources would also like their ID on their report. We cannot make edits to include these if we do not have MS Word. If possible, it would be great to be able to select headings to populate in the Daily Progress Note to tailor it to what our funding sources requires.

Bulk Authorizations
Handle bulk authorizations from funding sources. Example: will receive 20 hrs per week for the authorizations that can be split between supervision and the therapists. This is difficult to set up because the amount of time sups and therapist can see the client varies week to week. Allow for a pool of hours that can be split between a group of services.

Staff weekly work hours at glance on the schedules
To be able to see daily work hours at glance on the schedules. I find myself constantly running the staff weekly hours to make sure our employees get 8hrs a day. It makes the job very tedious to having to jump from the schedules to the report all day long.

Multiple Appointment Status Change: Staff Cancellation
When a staff is out we would love to have the ability to change the status to "staff cancellation" for all appointments on one day or a date range instead of having to go in and cancel each individual appointment.

An option Daily Service Log, that includes fields for appointment Activity and Result Notes. COVID symptom checklist automatic message to families and staff
As we move back to in-person services, it would be wonderful to have the ability to automatically message staff and families with the CDC symptom checklist prior to an appointment. This could be an automatic text letting them know they must answer no to all symptoms or they need to cancel services.

When an appointment changes or get cancelled display a pop-up option to select if staff should be notified either by email or text to notify them that a change has been made to their schedule."

Alert user when another user is editing a record
If someone is working on a staff’s schedule and another user is also adding appointment notes that when the staff member saves, they lose all their data and the note does not render. Is there a way to alert everyone that some is already accessing that schedule?
