Saved Appointment Notification
In an effort to make Saving appointment changes even more user friendly, I propose:
A UI indicator or message that displays on an appointment or schedule that indicates if a schedule has been successfully saved or not.
E.G., 3 dots "..." or a symbol displayed at the top of a schedule or a "Saved Successfully" message after a Save or Save and Close action has been performed.

Moving appointments from AM to PM
Scheduling can recognize that after changing the start time from an AM to a PM that the end time would automatically change to PM as well when tabbing.

Show start and end times for blue appointments, either in subject line or when you hover over the appointment.
Show the start and end times for blue appointments, either in the subject line or when you hover over the appointments- so that you don't have to open each appointment to see the time. This will make it easier to check for overlapping appointments, etc.

Viewing all Staff Assigned to Client (previously and current staff assigned)
There should be a way to see a drop down box next to each staff so that we can list all clients assigned to that staff member. Likewise there should be a drop box or list option of all staff ever assigned to a certain client. For example when open a client's chart an option to see which providers have previously or currently worked with this specific client will assist in streamlining client preferences and better assist in understanding case history

Global search feature
A search field on the main screen where you can start entering a first name and all records that could fit that search would be displayed in one location regardless if it's a staff or client record.

Bundle codes and shared minutes
For authorizations that specify a maximum # of hours a week/month inclusive of ALL service codes (e.g, 97153, 97155, 97156, etc.), allow for bundled sharing of minutes across all codes (not just those specific to the old T-codes).

Staff signatures
I would like a way (button) to view staff signatures from NPA Works similar to the way I can click on guardian signature from the appointment screen.

Clinical Notes to be produced in a Professional Standard Format
When Running Clinical Notes, each client should be on a separate document and not on an Excel sheet. This should be similar format to how NPA runs invoices, services logs, and other individual PDF or word documents. This would appear clean, professional, and meet HIPAA standards.

Create time frames for Private pay funding sources
Ability to add unit handling to private pay funding sources. This will allow for accurate scheduling and effective billing processes for all services that are not related to insurance. This will allow for transparency with billing and reimbursement. Rational: You do not want to report a 5-minute service with a 60-minute scheduling block.

Structured office notes section
I'm wondering if the office notes section can be structured somehow so that it's not a big pot for anyone to dump anything into it. Maybe if there can be an option to make an entry that would be dated/time stamped, and can be checked off if they've been adjusted? Any entries that have not been adjusted would show up on the office notes report, or at least the last one entered.
