Single Sign On with Catalyst
Catalyst: logging into to NPAWorks automatically logs the user into Catalyst. Userids and passwords are the same in both systems.

Supervisors to sign off on Clinical Notes
For anyone that is using Assistants that require a supervisor to sign off on their notes is a requirement by law. I see an old report in the "reporting" tab, but it no longer is active. We currently are having to use an outside esignature system to comply with the law, when this should be a service that could be part of NPA.

Flex Reports as a Scheduled Job
The ability to schedule Flex Reports to run at either a specified time, after hours, or as a nightly job.
This could be beneficial for largely populated reports agencies typically need to run on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Especially when an Admin logs in and it's ready and viewable.
This may even help performance since large scale reports could be ran outside of peak usage hours for Staff and Therapists.

GIVE THE OPTION TO CUSTOMIZE COLUMNS ON THE MAIN PAGE
It would be nice to be able to add additional columns to the main page so we can filter through important information we are looking for. Lately we have to be creative in using the current columns to the best of our ability, but we are still limited on how much information we can provide.

Cross-Walk CPT Codes When Transferring Charges to Bill to Secondary Insurance
When transferring charge lines to submit for payment to a Secondary Insurance company, it would be great if NPAWorks could use a conversion table to insert the equivalent H or 9 style CPT codes used by each payor.
Having to manually change this before submission to Secondaries is very time consuming and prone to user error if not done carefully.

Ability to Extract/Export EOB info for Secondary Billing
The ability to export particular EOB payment info from NPAWorks per-client would aid in submission of uncovered charges.

Restrict appts in Contract Fulfillment to contract start/end dates
It would be great to have an option for the Contract Fulfillment flex report to restrict the data returned to show just the dates of the active contract only.
This is because sometimes appointments are recurred way past the end of the contract end date, and these additional appointments can distort the report results.

Claims Ledger and Payments Ledger: Print and Export
It would be ideal if the Claims Ledger and Payments Ledger views had a Print and/or Export feature to create an audit trail containing a breakdown of payments and adjustments made.

Pre-set Termination
When a staff submits their 2 week's notice for termination, it would be possible to set a termination date prior and have the system no longer give them access. In turn moving them from current staff to terminated on NPA, so that when the terminated box is not checked, the staff no longer appears.

Inactivate Staff Services Provided
As clinical staff in an ABA Practice gain experience and higher level credentials, they are able to provide more specialized and advanced services - these can often bill for a higher rate and generate more income for a practice.
It would be helpful to have a way to update "old" services that a staff record used to provide, in such a way that practice would can "Inactivate" these old services, so more senior staff do not get accidentally scheduled for a lower-level/lower rate service.

15 minute time slots
Double clicking on the calendar to enter 15 minute time slots would be nice. Also, When we pull the bottom of an appointment up or down to extend the time, if that can be 15 minutes at a time, that'd be great.

Reduce the number of pop-up windows
It think reducing multiple window popups would streamline the process.
Example 1) If I have multiple clients open, and save one, I have to wait for a pop-up to confirm the save. This interrupts my work because I have to confirm that I read the confirmation.
Example 2) I have to click to open a new window to view the contents of an appointment. An option to HOVER over an appointment to read the contents would speed up the process of checking accuracy.4 votes -

Add a feature for an organization calendar for adding company events, staff vacations all in one glance for multiple admin staff to see.
