  1. Notification of RBT's extended appointment

    Ability to automatically send a email notification to an RBT Supervisor if an RBT extends and renders an appointment. The Supervisor to be notified that there is more time that can be logged on the appointment.

  4. Search Staff in other offices in the Genie

    Ability to include staff from offices other than just the client's home office in the Scheduling Genie. This is helpful when the staff in the client's home office are unavailable but staff in other offices that provide the service do have availability.

  5. Mass data updates in Claims Wizard

  8. Automatically bill co-pay with parent signature

    Ability to bill and collect co-pays from a client as soon a Guardian Signature is gathered.
    This signature would act as a "Proof of Purchase" in the case of chargebacks or billing disputes.

  9. Funding source requirements for only 1 co-pay per day

    Copay amounts due can be entered on an appointment. Some funding sources require that if a client is seen more than once in a day that the co-pay will only need to be paid once. Want an ability in NPAWorks to define a funding sources co-pay rules which may also vary by the service provided.

  12. Billing notes for each type of payment

    Ability in the AR feature to have notes that apply only to the type of payment. For example, notes specific to the primary insurance, secondary insurance, write offs, and patient responsibility. Will provide a clear picture of which notes apply to which part of the payment.

  14. On appointment see dates billed

    NPAWorks AR feature have the ability for appointment to have fields (controlled by security) to see when an appointment was billed to the primary and secondary. This will help them keep track of when certain time periods were billed.

  15. Add Supervision to Client Profile

    To better identify who oversees each client, it would be beneficial to have a feature that allows us to assign a Supervisor to the Client profile. Currently, we only see this feature on the Staff profile.

  16. time sheet signatures

    Having staff signatures automatically populate time sheets and then batch print them for a whole pay period so we can have a pdf record of all staff's time sheets with signatures for a given pay period (i.e. 05/01/20-05/15/20).
