  1. Maximum Allowable Appts/Units Per Day

    An option to limit authorization on a total length of time in addition to a daily limit.

    For example; 900 min total allowed over 6 months and only one session per day or 3 units per day.

  3. Save main page settings

    Ability to save the settings that are made on the main page of NPAWorks. With the new ability to move around the columns and change their width, would like to be able to save settings, so don't have to do it everytime.

  5. Inactivate Pay Codes

    Ability to inactivate/hide pay codes that are no longer in use. It would be useful to have a selection box at the bottom of HR Management for ‘Show inactive pay codes’ like we have on the main screen for FS, services, staff, etc.

  6. Hire/termination date history

    The ability to have multiple hire/termed dates for staff that term then come back to the company. This would help with recording keeping, scheduling, HR needs, etc.

  7. Assign modifiers on staff record

    Ability to tie modifiers to staff members. NPAWorks will then be able to use the same service for any of the staff, but when it comes to billing it would know to put a different rate depending on which modifier it was using.

  9. Account for lunch breaks in a appointment

    Within an appointment indicate time that is unpaid such as lunch breaks for service provided throughout a school day, or time that should be paid at a different rates, such as drive time instead of having to create 2 or more appointments.

  12. Show how many minutes have been used by code - so the therapists can see how much is remaining.

    Right now you have to run a billing review to see how many units have been used, and compare that to how much was authorized. It needs to be simpler so the therapists can easily see this information.

  13. ability to run flexible reports on just one client (patient)

    Ability to run reports on just one child/patient.

    The lack of this feature makes it slightly labor intensive when I just want to look at the history of one patient. Which I want to do all the time. Please add this feature!

  14. Being able to right click on a appointment and rendering when the full calendar is opened

    Having the ability to right click on a appointment and being able to render. This would be a good idea to allow clinicians to render their appointments in a faster manner instead of having to open each appointment individually which takes longer.

  15. Do not allow overlapping service appointments

    Option to not allow 2 service overlapping appointments unless one of the appointments has zero service time. Still allowing by default overlap of a non-service appointment with a service appointment.

  16. Security permissions based on user rather than role

    When staff's responsibilities are changing quickly would be easier to have the system security be based off of a particular user rather than a role. This would allow more flexibility and be able to customize permissions smoothly.

  17. Validation for staff scheduled into overtime

    A new validation warning that checks the amount of completed labor time for a staff and displays a message for staff would exceed their daily OT limit.

    When the validation check is run on a staff's schedule, it should check the payroll time completed so far for the day (service & non-service payroll appts) and cause any appointments that will allow a staff to exceed their daily OT threshold to turn orange - preventing them from being rendered.

  19. Saved Appointment Notification

    In an effort to make Saving appointment changes even more user friendly, I propose:

    A UI indicator or message that displays on an appointment or schedule that indicates if a schedule has been successfully saved or not.

    E.G., 3 dots "..." or a symbol displayed at the top of a schedule or a "Saved Successfully" message after a Save or Save and Close action has been performed.

  20. Add Provider Signatures in NPAWorks

    have therapists be able to sign on NPA works. Appointments need therapist signature to be rendered but you can only sign as therapist on NPA go.
