Appointment Reminder for Supervisor caseload
Be able to send the Appointment Reminder On Update messaging job to Supervisors for clients they supervise but aren't scheduled with.

It would be ideal if the Claims Ledger and Payments Ledger views had a Print and/or Export feature to create an audit trail containing a breakdown of payments and adjustments made.

upload staff ad clients using excel
Using excel to upload all information into NPA for clients and/or staff with a preformatted template. This would help to load multiple staff or client members into NPA at a single time.

Pre-set Termination
When a staff submits their 2 week's notice for termination, it would be possible to set a termination date prior and have the system no longer give them access. In turn moving them from current staff to terminated on NPA, so that when the terminated box is not checked, the staff no longer appears.

Inactivate Staff Services Provided
As clinical staff in an ABA Practice gain experience and higher level credentials, they are able to provide more specialized and advanced services - these can often bill for a higher rate and generate more income for a practice.
It would be helpful to have a way to update "old" services that a staff record used to provide, in such a way that practice would can "Inactivate" these old services, so more senior staff do not get accidentally scheduled for a lower-level/lower rate service.

Sorting Individualized
Need individualized sorting. Would love to be able to add column to main page to include supervisor for each client. Then I can search by supervisor caseload or group clients that way on the main page.

Customized dropdown for non-service appt locations
The ability to have a customizable drop down on locations for blue appointments. Currently, they have to be manually enter which is tedious.

More information/insight on Staff
Hello reader. I think NPA should have in the staff notes a check box for HR indicating whether or not a team member is eligible for rehire. If staff is not eligible for rehire we can check the box. There should also be a section (besides notes) where we can input whether or not the staff member has allergies to animals or any other pertinent item that may be found in client homes. I also think there should be a search function to look up this information. Thank you so much for reading and enjoy your day.

Add and remove Supervisor from clients in bulk
A way to add and remove the name of a Supervisor from multiple Client's contacts all within one screen. Be able to assign and update caseload without having to open mulitple client records.

RBT tracking by client
Ability to track when a client has received 10% RBT Supervision from Staff.

Customize Alerts/Flags Timeframe
Alerts are only set up for less than 30, 60 days etc. We should be able to customize the flagged alert system such as being able to set up custom days/time (i.e. flag clients when authorization is set to expire in 45 days instead of preset times)

Automatically remove RBT Supervision tracking when appointments are cancelled
If both RBT & Sup appointments get cancelled, auto uncheck the appt on the RBT tab to avoid having to run the report to check for the error and then go into the appointment to fix it.

Report of unfulfilled make up hours
Want a report that will tell you "week of XXXX you have 2 hours left, week of XXX you have 3 hours left", based on weekly frequency contracts. School funding sources allow make up hours.
Right now, only option is to go week by week to see where hours were not fulfilled by using the CF Snapshot on schedules.4 votes -
Search by staff in the Genie for matching clients
CFC would like the ability to use the Scheduling Genie from the staff side to search for matching clients within a certain distance of a staff member, similar to how the Scheduling Genie allows users to search for staff within X miles of a client when accessed from the client side.

Pay codes tied to appointment status types
Ability to tie pay codes to appointment status types. For example, a payroll, non-billable status type will have 0 service time, AND the correct pay code (which might not be the default pay code).

Ability to update appointments in the Matrix by dragging and dropping to a different date or time on the schedule.

The ability to save multiple filters in the Scheduling Matrix. Similar to customizing flex reports so it can be run for different teams.

Indirect appointment defaults to Office address and location
Automatically change Location address to the office's address and location code when Indirect is selected. This will make a big impact in updating this field when doing indirect in a office.
