  1. Flex report for Easter Seals

    You have a flexible report for Easter Seals but it does not include all the required information. We spend hours every week to update the report. It really needs the clients medical record number with ESSC, and the rendering staff name in addition to treatment type and the place of service. I'm sure we are not the only Easter Seal client.

  2. Holiday/Non-Service Days - copy or recur for following years

    currently, we enter each holiday/non-service day manually for each year. having the ability to copy/recur for the following years will be a time saver, especially when coming to the new year and if our holidays are not entered , we have to reset all appointments to skip over holidays.

  3. Import 835 files from Outside Sources

    As a separate development topic I would like to suggest that it would be wonderful if it were possible for NPA to consider offering a way for us to manually import any ERA 835 (5010) files that we obtain through other sources or that fail to import from Office Ally. I have used other programs that allowed this.

  4. Therapists to sign off on sessions through NPA Works

    The option for therapists to sign off on sessions through NPA Works. We use NPA Works throughout the day so we also can have access to client/staff info and reports. We shouldn't have to sign off and go into NPA Go just to sign off on the session.

  5. Allow maximum units for CPT code at funding source level

    Allow us to put unit limits on CPT codes at the funding source level. Currently this is only allowed at the client level for each case. There are several CPT codes that have daily limits at the funding source level. (Examples are 97153 - 32 units per day, 97151 8 units per day, etc.) If we could set the limit at the funding source level this would be much quicker than having to do this at the level of each client case. (I believe this used to be a feature and has been removed and we really miss it!)

  8. Option to Review ERA's before posting (ERA Posting Review Queue)

    A few RCM clients have asked if we could update our system to prompt them to review ERA postings before committing the automatic postings.

    Having the functionality to review ERA's and press a button to confirm a post manually could fix a lot of our posting error issues.

  9. Claims Manager: Filter for Line Item Status

    Include a filter for: Line Item Status in the Insurance Claims Manager view. This will give the biller the ability to exclusively pull up claims by their specific status type and review them. E.G. Sent, Accepted, Rejected, etc.

  11. Report for average monthly rendered hours

    A report that displays the average monthly hours provided to the client in a given year.
    This can be accomplished by calculating the sum of rendered time divided by the number of serviced months in the period looked for.
    If possible, also include the average monthly hours provided separated by location code.

  13. Lock a Note in Notes and Issues

    We are using Notes and Issues when inputting OT/PT/Feeding notes that go to CVRC. We would like the option to locking those notes, as CVRC will now have access to these instead of us printing and sending them. We have given CVRC minimal securities, but we don't want other staff members to accidently delete, change, etc. So if we can lock a note, that would be great! Of course, Admin would have the access to unlock should that be necessary.

  14. Can you automate traveling time so that I don't have to calculate it on google maps and enter it myself.

    If staff is traveling from one appointment to another appointment. I have to enter a blue appointment for travel time and mileage. Instead of me, entering can this be automatically calculated. This would save me so much time.

  15. Notes and Issues access. Create one access point for all clients Notes and issues. with one click be able to choose appropriate client

    Create ability to access Notes and issues from main screen. Since notes and issues need to be added often, that can remain open, then from there you can quickly choose client and add note without having to open client files and then notes and issues.

  16. Rollover Unused Minutes

    Having the option to rollover any unused minute for particular services (especially parent training or supervision) would be very helpful. Sometimes, clients don't opt to schedule parent training appointments for a full month, but then want to schedule several the following month. If there was an option when distributing the authorized units/minutes allowing us to rollover any unused minutes, it would also allow us to remain within the total authorized units but also adjust flexibly each month if need be.

  17. Allow deletion of unsynced Catalyst time sheets

    Not sure if this should fall under billing, but since it effects billing accuracy I put it here. There needs to be a mechanism in which you can delete unused or unwanted Catalyst time sheets in the NPA works Catalyst sync screen. This should also effect unwanted/unused Clients and Employees.

    For example, we have to create catalyst accounts for parents to record data. When you open the sync screen, all of the parent accounts are there and look like unsynced employees.

    Another example is when there is a mistake in a Catalyst time sheet/SOAP note. Even if the error note…

  19. Add Column on Client View screen to see the Preauth Status

    Right now only the Contract/authorization BEG and end dates populate on the Client Screen. It would be very helpful to have an additional column, showing the Status of the Preauth- so have a drop down to State Auth 1- Progress Reports, Auth 2- Submitted to INS Auth-3 Rcv'd Verbal Auth, Auth 4-Rcv'd Written Auth...and so on.
