  2. Requirement for Staff and Parent Signatures per Session

    One of funding sources, the BHPN, required us to provide them staff and parents signature side-by-side per session. Please see email from theBHPN below and memo they sent us back in 2016 about this request.

  3. Update the Easter Seals Report to Include all required information on spreadsheet

    Please update the Easter Seals Report to include all required information on the spreadsheet in this order:
    Appt ID
    Employee ID
    MRN number
    Authorization Number
    CPT Code
    Service From Date
    Service From Time
    Service To Date
    Service To Time
    Service Duration
    Treatment Type
    Client Name (First and Last)
    Staff Name
    Place of Service

    Currently the report does not include all of the required information (the member ID being one of the most important), and it still takes a long time to complete billing for this funding source.

  4. Flex report for Easter Seals

    You have a flexible report for Easter Seals but it does not include all the required information. We spend hours every week to update the report. It really needs the clients medical record number with ESSC, and the rendering staff name in addition to treatment type and the place of service. I'm sure we are not the only Easter Seal client.

  5. Billing Ledger - client balance to be broken down by copay and secondary

    On the Billing Ledger report, would like the client balance to be broken out between copay and secondary - we do this manually and its very time consuming. Have not found another report that will break down between the two. this is for AR purposes.

  6. Supervision Percentage Rounding

    The BACB requires RBT's to have 5% supervision by a BCBA. NPA's RBT Supervision Tracking report under the Billing Tab currently rounds up for supervision. This results in RBT's receiving less supervision that is required. This report should not round to keep data accurate.

  7. Holiday/Non-Service Days - copy or recur for following years

    currently, we enter each holiday/non-service day manually for each year. having the ability to copy/recur for the following years will be a time saver, especially when coming to the new year and if our holidays are not entered , we have to reset all appointments to skip over holidays.

  8. Report that can pull information from the Credential Warnings tab in Funding Source record

    "Credential Warnings" tab at the funding source record to be centrally located in flexible reporting. Given the size of the organization, it proves very difficult and tedious to go into each office and funding source to generate this report.

  9. Import 835 files from Outside Sources

    As a separate development topic I would like to suggest that it would be wonderful if it were possible for NPA to consider offering a way for us to manually import any ERA 835 (5010) files that we obtain through other sources or that fail to import from Office Ally. I have used other programs that allowed this.

  10. 15 minute increments on schedule

    The schedule on code metro is currently split into 30 minute increments. Our past software had it split into 15 minute increments so appointments don't look as though they're overlapping just because they're on the 15 or 45 minute mark. The option to change our scheduler into 15 minutes would be helpful so we can just look at the schedule and tell if appointments are actually overlapping.

  11. Allow customized Notes/Issues by type

    Allow users to customize notes/issues by type.
    - Auto-populated text in fields (Subject, Body) that can be referred to as a template.
    - Designate required fields
    - Auto-populate whether expiration is required / provide warning.
    - Choose when note expires based on type.

    We have several documents that we need to refer to daily in order to verify if/when expiration date and warning is required and to copy and paste text templates into the notes/issues based on the type. We should have the ability to format this in NPA based on Note Type.

  15. Option to Review ERA's before posting (ERA Posting Review Queue)

    A few RCM clients have asked if we could update our system to prompt them to review ERA postings before committing the automatic postings.

    Having the functionality to review ERA's and press a button to confirm a post manually could fix a lot of our posting error issues.

  16. Claims Manager: Filter for Line Item Status

    Include a filter for: Line Item Status in the Insurance Claims Manager view. This will give the biller the ability to exclusively pull up claims by their specific status type and review them. E.G. Sent, Accepted, Rejected, etc.

  18. Show total hours left in authorization

    When an individual schedule is open, show not only how many hours are left for the week or the month, but how many are left for the entire authorization period. With insurance companies and Medi-Cal, we are given bulk amounts for the entire auth period which we can use any way we choose. We have some clients who, for example, are only authorized for 15 hours/week, but we schedule them for 25 hours/week because twice a year they take lengthy breaks from treatment. We have other clients who want lots of time when the client is in school and less…

  19. Productivity Reports (Billable appointments)

    I would like to see the option to view billable productivity. The only option is to see all scheduled productivity rather than what the clinicians actually bill per month. This was something your competitors are doing like Central Reach and it is very helpful in tracking our clinical team's productivity.

  20. Include Telehealth in Log reports

    Some clinics have requested the ability to include and display if a session was Telehealth. Maybe another column like Telehealth: Yes/No or the location code can be displayed.
