Effective dating on base table records, especially services, staff and funding sources
We should be able to have effective dates on the base tables. There is no timeline history on basic info. For example, If you change a person's dept, you lose any history of what dept they've been in. If you no longer use a service, even if made inactive, still shows up in pick lists, Same with staff.

Open NPAWorks in last used window size.
I'd like for NPAWorks to open with the last used window size. I use a 32" 4k monitor running at 3840 x 2160 resolution and I don't need a window that's 98% or so of screen area. Flexible reporting also defaults to a large window.

BCAT Supervision Tracking
A feature to track supervision and training hours for the BCAT (Board Certified Autism Technician) developed by the Behavioral Intervention Certification Council (BICC).
It serves a similar purpose to the RBT certification/license & and Supervision requirements appear to be almost identical.
The only missing functionality appears to be the required BCAT form in which supervision is to be documented.Pulled from the BICC's website - see Notes for link:

Appointment Reminder scheduling option
Option to customize the "Appointments Reminder" emails so that ithey can be sent further in advance:
For example, the ability to send on Thursday for the following week's appointments Monday-Sunday
Currently, the Appointments Reminder job only has options to send today's, tomorrow's, or the next 7 days' appointments.
All of these options are tied to the day the job is run, so there is no way to specify how far in-advance the job should be looking to send updates.Workaround

Remaining authorization hours on client service
Display a client's remaining authorized minutes in the Client Services tab which would show the same remaining auth. time value shown in the Contract Snapshot of client/staff schedule window.

Specify which staff provide a specific service for a client
Ability to identify which staff provides a specific service for a client without having to enter that information in client service notes. For example: client receives 4 different services, each service is provided by a different therapist.

Hide inactive/terminated staff & clients in Matrix filters
If for the date range selected in the Matrix a staff member is inactivated/terminated or a client is terminated, do not display their names in the staff/client filters.

Search Genie by specific days or times
Ability in for the Genie to select specific days of the week (Mon, Wed, Fri) or specific times (300pm-5:00pm) in order to pull staff who have availability on the given dates/times rather then pulling the entire week.

Categorize blue appointments
Have the ability to categorize a blue appointment so reporting and rules can be applied to specific appointment categories. For example, typically drive time appointments are not valid for the first or last appointment of the day. There's is no easy way to identify when this condition happens because NPAWorks does not recognize a drive time appointment from any other blue appointment.

Requirement for Staff and Parent Signatures per Session
One of funding sources, the BHPN, required us to provide them staff and parents signature side-by-side per session. Please see email from theBHPN below and memo they sent us back in 2016 about this request.

I am not seeing staff signatures for each of the sessions. Please provide ASAP.This is needed because the client has been audited and they need to provide this to the customer.

Please update the Easter Seals Report to include all required information on the spreadsheet in this order:
Appt ID
Employee ID
MRN number
Authorization Number
CPT Code
Service From Date
Service From Time
Service To Date
Service To Time
Service Duration
Treatment Type
Client Name (First and Last)
Staff Name
Place of ServiceCurrently the report does not include all of the required information (the member ID being one of the most important), and it still takes a long time to complete billing for this funding source.
