Billing Ledger - client balance to be broken down by copay and secondary
On the Billing Ledger report, would like the client balance to be broken out between copay and secondary - we do this manually and its very time consuming. Have not found another report that will break down between the two. this is for AR purposes.

Supervision Percentage Rounding
The BACB requires RBT's to have 5% supervision by a BCBA. NPA's RBT Supervision Tracking report under the Billing Tab currently rounds up for supervision. This results in RBT's receiving less supervision that is required. This report should not round to keep data accurate.

Allow Catalight (formerly BPHN) payments to auto-post using Session ID
Catalight (formerly the BPHN) allows customer to submit a Flex Report called BHPN Billing Export (Custom report) for billing in place of 1500, 837p, invoice or statement. Custom report contains all data elements required by Funder to pay customer for services rendered. Funder pays using Session ID number to tie payment back to a particular client, DOS and session. Customer is looking for an integration to post this money in NPA to be able to track payments and have AR in one place.

Report that can pull information from the Credential Warnings tab in Funding Source record
"Credential Warnings" tab at the funding source record to be centrally located in flexible reporting. Given the size of the organization, it proves very difficult and tedious to go into each office and funding source to generate this report.

Predictive Text/Auto-Fill
Can system be enabled to utilize predictive text vs. having to key in all characters? Example - for a payer - typing in BCBS would automatically take the user to all BCBA on the carrier list that are available for selection? Text Predictions: Suggest words or phrases as you compose messages Auto-Fill: automatically populates form fields with previously-entered information, such as passwords, addresses, and credit card data.

15 minute increments on schedule
The schedule on code metro is currently split into 30 minute increments. Our past software had it split into 15 minute increments so appointments don't look as though they're overlapping just because they're on the 15 or 45 minute mark. The option to change our scheduler into 15 minutes would be helpful so we can just look at the schedule and tell if appointments are actually overlapping.

Allow customized Notes/Issues by type
Allow users to customize notes/issues by type.
- Auto-populated text in fields (Subject, Body) that can be referred to as a template.
- Designate required fields
- Auto-populate whether expiration is required / provide warning.
- Choose when note expires based on type.We have several documents that we need to refer to daily in order to verify if/when expiration date and warning is required and to copy and paste text templates into the notes/issues based on the type. We should have the ability to format this in NPA based on Note Type.

Show total hours left in authorization
When an individual schedule is open, show not only how many hours are left for the week or the month, but how many are left for the entire authorization period. With insurance companies and Medi-Cal, we are given bulk amounts for the entire auth period which we can use any way we choose. We have some clients who, for example, are only authorized for 15 hours/week, but we schedule them for 25 hours/week because twice a year they take lengthy breaks from treatment. Productivity Reports (Billable appointments)
I would like to see the option to view billable productivity. The only option is to see all scheduled productivity rather than what the clinicians actually bill per month. This was something your competitors are doing like Central Reach and it is very helpful in tracking our clinical team's productivity.

Include Telehealth in Log reports
Some clinics have requested the ability to include and display if a session was Telehealth. Maybe another column like Telehealth: Yes/No or the location code can be displayed.

Daily Progress Notes Report that includes both Activity Note and Result Notes
Currently the Daily Progress Notes report only displays the appointment Result Notes per session. This is beneficial for parents and legally required by some funding sources.

Maximum hours per day cap on an authorization
With New CPT codes, the requirements are to meet maximum daily hours/units per service code. A way to put a cap on the service hours and a report to track the hours by service code would be great.

Allow Full Appointment Window to be Viewed when above 125% Scale for Display Settings
The new fields in the appointment window have caused the Location field to not fit, even when maximized. The only solutions are to decrease scale in display settings or minimize the ribbon. The recommended scale on my screen is 200% so decreasing below that is inconvenient. Please find a way to show the full appointment window without customers having to make concessions to their regular workflow.

Validate Service Appointments Based on Direct/Indirect Setting
It would be nice to have the system know to only allow certain CPT codes for Direct vs. Indirect billing
For example, only allow services with CPT code 97151 to be billed as Direct appts, any Direct services with 97152 would throw a warning.

It would be desirable to have the ability to use Zirmed/Waystar as a clearinghouse for electronic claim remittances
