  1. Option to View notes

    Currently in the Claims Ledger we have to open the Edit Charge Line window full view in order to extend the notes and see what ppl have entered. We need an option when we right click not only to copy but to view the full note in like a small pop up window.

  2. Auto Generate CPT codes when "insurance" is selected as funding source, for "services" provided

    When "services" are built in the system, allow the NPA administrator user to plug in CPT codes there. When a new insurance funding source is added, the CPT code an Physician Fee is automatically populated with the service. The user could then just check off what "services" they are providing for this funding source as usual. This would decrease the amount of hand entry of codes for each new funding source which is often repetitive, decrease the risk of human error.

  3. Client notes to have Funding source filter, and batched by individual client

    When pulling "Client Notes", there should be the ability to set a parameter to filter by funding source, and date range. that way when a funding source is requesting clinical notes for a period of time, it is much easier to filter and find the clients. Furthermore, they should be able to be "batched" so that each client is run on a separate report in order to meet HIPAA standards.

  7. Flag appointment when there is a HUGE discrepency in Time entered

    When a provider enters AM and the appointment was a PM appointment that ends in PM. If the client appoint shows start time as 1:00AM and ending at 5:00Pm there is OBVIOUSLY an error. The system should be intuitive enough to know that there is not going to be a service time running that long. A warning and inability to render the appointment until the time is checked and verified as correct should pop. A note such as WARNING the appoint time you selected shows 15hours of service!   8. Timesheet Lock Success Message

    After a user locks their schedule by selecting "I affirm this statement" in the "Set Schedule Lock" pop-up, it would be nice if there was a success message like "Your schedule has been locked!" so that the user knows it has been submitted successfully. The only way to confirm it has been successful (at least to my knowledge) is by clicking "I affirm this statement" again and receiving the error prompt "Invalid Entry: Please select a new lock date, or click [Cancel] if you do not wish to change the schedule lock."

  15. Option on client schedule to override FS "Disallowed" days

    When using the Funding Source record to set Disallowed Service Dates for all clients enrolled with that FS (instead of setting the designated service & non-service weeks feature at the client-level) there is an issue when its necessary to
    provide services on a "disallowed' day. If the FS setting is changed for this day to "Warn", these days will not get excluded from the Contract Fulfillment Comprehensive reports Proration Option to "Skip Non-Service Days" - so scheduling exceptions for one client cause reporting issues for all other clients within an FS.

  16. Save and Save and Exit Button

    It would be very helpful to have a Save and a Save and Exit button when entering staff records. When you click the current save button, it exits you out of the record. This becomes an inconvenience when NPAWorks has undergone an update and it's glitchy. Several times now I have had to re-enter information because it's has stopped working and kicked me out. If I could easily save my work and not have to save, record closes, go back in and continue uploading. Having two separate buttons would make this not so time consuming and frustrating.

  17. MUE

    NPA should have MUE defaults (set by you...we all have the same ones) and/or provider should be able to set/edit/restrict. I would like this ability and an appointment warning for staff if they exceed daily MUE limit. Daily restriction under service options designed for authorization does NOT suffice. We need that field to enter units authorized, not MUEs.
