Increase the character count of Appointment Notes Notes
Often times staff will run out of character space to input their appointment notes regarding the session into the allotted space. This space is even smaller if a customized template is added to the appointment note, making it difficult for staff to enter detailed information.

Please add effective dates to staff services.
Please add effective dates to staff services. If a staff can no longer provide a service (say they lose their license), how can we prevent them from using that service? We cannot turn off the service on the staff record because there are no effective dates on them so all the appts in history go red and we get Staff doesn't provide this service upon validation.
Also in NYS we have limited scope for LBAs/BCBAs and new regulations over past few years so they should not be providing certain non-autism services. We have ind contractors educators that should no longer…2 votes -
Option to run the Scheduling Genie from staff in addition to client
Ability to run the Scheduling Genie from the staff side to find clients closest to the staff. Also need the ability to specify the main location of the staff because staff may live in one area, but see client's in a different area.

invoice
Option to generate an invoice with both the Charge Rates & Reimbursement rates displayed. Currently it is only possible to view an invoice with one or the other, cannot select to view both rates on one invoice.

Show time in hours instead of minutes. Examples: Authorized Service Time, Appointment Service Time, etc.

Option to hide inactive staff in the address book and when selecting staff to add as client contacts.

Automatically run contract fulfillment
Behavior Functions would like the ability to schedule the contract fulfillment details for each client per month to be automatically run and delivered. Because clients have different start and end dates for their contracts the reports need to be run client by client to get accurate totals.

Mass delete of appointments
The ability for an admin to mass delete appointments for a given date range. Have the option to select which clients and staff are deleted.
Helpful when a staff or client gets terminated or when appointments are entered in error.2 votes -
Send messages/alerts from appointment window
For both group and individual appointments, ability to send customized texts/emails to clients and/or staff from the appointment window itself, with the ability for them to reply back to the patron scheduler/administrator only. For group appts, be able to send multiple texts/emails at one time.

Double click open staff/client calendar
If we could open client or staff schedules by double clicking on their names not the calendar icon.

Drill down from Flex Reports
For all flex reports, be able to click within a cell and have the report show where the calculations came from. Example: on the Staff Productivity report click on the staff name cell, to see all appts that were used.

Survey/checklist when locking schedules
Option for a brief survey/checklist for staff to complete before they are allowed to lock their schedules. This survey would give those staff members the chance to answer payroll questions and require them to more-closely review their schedule and correct any common errors before they are able to lock.

Validation Warning for Blue Appts when Scheduling on Holidays, etc.
Be able to have the blue appts follow the same rules as regular appts and get validation warnings when scheduling on a holiday, etc.

Search Client List by Other Methods such as UCI
Be able to search the client list on main page by UCI number of other identifying info instead of just names. We have multiple clients with the same name, or sometimes receive info from the regional center that only identifies client by UCI number. It's impractical to always download the entire client list to an Excel spreadsheet just to be able to find the client.

Set default location per client service
When entering service locations in the contracts tab of client record, would like a way, when entering multiple locations, to select the default location based on the services being provided.

Drag appointments from one schedule to another
Ability to drag appoinments from one schedule to another instead of having to open the appt and/or remove/reschedule them.

Automatically update appt subject lines when staff or client name changes.
Currently, When you update the staff record, the staff's name is updated on the schedule window and on the provider field within existing appointments, but the updated name isn't changed on the appointment subject line.

Copy schedules
For clinic and school based practices, the ability to copy and extend an entire client's schedule when a new auth is received. Useful when schedules do not change from auth to auth.

Indicate on Time & Travel review if signatures were gathered
Add columns to Time & Travel review to indicate if both service provider and guardian signatures have been captured for an appointment.

Client Masking of FfLl on Appt. Reminder
Option for Appointment Reminder email to only display the first 2 letters of the first/last name to be consistent with internal policy for client name masking.
