  1. Default pay code based on client service

    Ability to automatically change the staff's pay code based on client's service. This would mean there would be default pay codes for multiple services for the same staff, not just if its a service or non-service appointment.

    Staff are paid the BI rate for all 1:1/BHV/para services they provide, rather than their normal "hourly" rate. So, any service appt with one of these services, 1:1/BHV/para, would automatically get the BI rate pay code defaulted on the appt.

    This would help with payroll since staff are failing to change the pay code to the proper one.

  4. Print multiple monthly view calendars at one time

    Ability to print multiple calendars at one time, similar to Bulk PVR. Its easiest to enter billing data in Regional Center portals from a monthly calendar view and its time consuming to print the calendar from each clients' schedule.

  5. Hide inactive services on staff record

    Currently, a staff record's "Services Provided" window lists all services for that office, regardless of whether it is active or inactive. Services that are marked as inactive and have never been used by a staff do not need to appear on this list.
    Services that are inactive, but have been previously used by a staff, should still be displayed in the "Services Provided" list for auditing and record-keeping purposes to show the staff did previously provide that service.

  13. Accounts Receivable workflow feature

    Ability to put outstanding claims into different Work Flows that can be distributed to different departments.

    Examples:

    • Denial for authorization: Workflow that can be assigned as a task list to clinical team or specific members of clinical team

    • Denial requiring further research: Workflow that can be assigned as a task list to RCM team or specific members of RCM team

    Once claim has been worked it can be removed from specific task lists to assist with supervision of work in a specific department and/or team member.

    Options for for the appointment's Direct/Indirect field to auto fill based on the selection of the Service Log Entry. Funding Sources require PVR information selected in the Service Log Entry dropdown. Options 1-6 determine the type of appointment it was: face to face, report prep, meeting, etc).

  20. Do not display credential warnings for non-billable appts

    Only display credential/qualifications warnings for staff with appointments that do not meet the funding source's credentialing requirement if the appointments in question are billable. No warnings for non-billable appointments.
