Receipts for Payments
Ability to run an invoice to see how much has been paid when gathering copay so receipts can be given to parents showing what has been paid and what has not.

Do not display credential warnings for non-billable appts
Only display credential/qualifications warnings for staff with appointments that do not meet the funding source's credentialing requirement if the appointments in question are billable. No warnings for non-billable appointments.

Hide inactive/terminated staff & clients in Matrix filters
If for the date range selected in the Matrix a staff member is inactivated/terminated or a client is terminated, do not display their names in the staff/client filters.

Search Genie by specific days or times
Ability in for the Genie to select specific days of the week (Mon, Wed, Fri) or specific times (300pm-5:00pm) in order to pull staff who have availability on the given dates/times rather then pulling the entire week.

Scheduling Genie attributes page
Currently when a user adds an attribute and presses save, the attribute is added to the bottom and the window closes. The feature request is to move the new attribute to the top of the list, to allow for better visual of the new attribute, and be able to save without the window closing.

Notification of RBT's extended appointment
Ability to automatically send a email notification to an RBT Supervisor if an RBT extends and renders an appointment. The Supervisor to be notified that there is more time that can be logged on the appointment.

Generate invoices with session notes and signatures
Several funding sources require invoices with session notes and therapist signatures. Pulling together from multiple sources in NPAWorks and then getting a manual signature is time consuming. would like to at least be able to just print an invoice that has all the session notes attached.

Search Staff in other offices in the Genie
Ability to include staff from offices other than just the client's home office in the Scheduling Genie. This is helpful when the staff in the client's home office are unavailable but staff in other offices that provide the service do have availability.

Categorize blue appointments
Have the ability to categorize a blue appointment so reporting and rules can be applied to specific appointment categories. For example, typically drive time appointments are not valid for the first or last appointment of the day. There's is no easy way to identify when this condition happens because NPAWorks does not recognize a drive time appointment from any other blue appointment.

Mass data updates in Claims Wizard
Ability to update fields such as Diagnosis Code or CPT Code in mass from claims wizard. This would be a big time saver.
