NPAWorks AR feature have the ability for appointment to have fields (controlled by security) to see when an appointment was billed to the primary and secondary. This will help them keep track of when certain time periods were billed.

Ability to map services between 2 funding sources to make it easier to bill secondary insurances if the coding is different between the two. (i.e. primary has t-codes, secondary has h-codes)

Bulk Authorizations
Handle bulk authorizations from funding sources. Example: will receive 20 hrs per week for the authorizations that can be split between supervision and the therapists. This is difficult to set up because the amount of time sups and therapist can see the client varies week to week. Allow for a pool of hours that can be split between a group of services.

Lock from client schedule prior to billing
Ability to lock a client’s calendar to indicate to the billing department that their claims are correct and ready for submittal. Because staff work across several clients the staff calendar locks are not sufficient.

Indirect appointment defaults to Office address and location
Automatically change Location address to the office's address and location code when Indirect is selected. This will make a big impact in updating this field when doing indirect in a office.
