Categorize blue appointments
Have the ability to categorize a blue appointment so reporting and rules can be applied to specific appointment categories. For example, typically drive time appointments are not valid for the first or last appointment of the day. There's is no easy way to identify when this condition happens because NPAWorks does not recognize a drive time appointment from any other blue appointment.

Track, manage pending authorizations
Provide a better way to manage and track pending auths and appointments that are scheduled before the auth is received. Can the system help flag when service is provided in advance of a formal auth?

Update multiple Appointment Statuses at one time
Ability to change the Appt Status to multiple appointments. For example, hours lost due cancellations because of weather would be good to keep track of, but it takes a long time to update each appointment individually. Ideally, an option to choose from a given date range and select one, multiple or all staff and clients.

Inactivate Funding Source Services

Guide to flex reports
Want a feature that allows us to more easily navigate the list of available flex reports. Some sort of intuitive guide that would allow the user to describe or input what kind of data they want, which would then present options for appropriate flex reports that are available for the user to run.

Account for lunch breaks in a appointment
Within an appointment indicate time that is unpaid such as lunch breaks for service provided throughout a school day, or time that should be paid at a different rates, such as drive time instead of having to create 2 or more appointments.
